Hello, I’m 27(F) and I work in a field that requires you to work with your hands and lot, lots of repetitive movements, plus I scroll on my phone for several hours daily. A month ago I started having pain in my right hand and tingling in my finger tips, especially in my thumb. doctors said it’s Carpal tunnel, neurologist didn’t find anything. Got my spine checked in an MRI to find the cause, got an X-Ray of my hand, blood tests, nothing. After consecutive rest with a brace and only doing stuff with my other hand for 7 days the tingling subsided but I’m still left with occasional flare up’s in the base of my thumb and by the tendons, especially when I do a swiping motion on the phone. Could it be De Quervain’s? I found that the stretches for it helped me manage the pain the best.
Still waiting for a proper diagnosis. I’ve been to 11 doctors and they keep sending me back and forth without addressing tendon related causes and I’m losing my mind

So we're watching Bag of Bones and I'm like, "Oh, I've seen this movie before," then realized that I haven't - but I've seen a really similar movie and I can't remember it! The things I can remember - this writer dies and their spouse (?) goes out to their vacation house in a small town (just like in Bag of Bones). So the spouse is tidying up the upstairs office space, and they find an unfinished/unpublished manuscript? Something like that. And then later there's this whole haunting deal with flickering lights - in particular there's a lighthouse lamp that is significant. It's an older movie, like back when I would channel surf cable and found it on TV.
