hello everyone
i know next to nothing about SAK's but im looking to get a SAK for my sister for christmas. she's not an outdoorsy person but loves to have a lot of stuff on her "just in case". i've been researching and kind of stuck between the huntsman wood and the pioneer x alox. is there any advice deciding between the two or if there's a third option i don't know about? i'm not looking to spend over 250 CAD but i want to make sure it has most everything she could possibly need.

Looking for something similar to tender is the flesh, Earthlings, and Berserk (I know, it’s a manga, but that high fantasy horror vibe that rips my heart apart is very welcome)
I checked out the extreme horror lit sub and read full brutal and was absolutely disgusted. I like things that shock and mortify me but torture porn and poor writing is not my jam. Looking for some books that stick with me and really have an impact. Any recommendations are welcome, I’m new to this genre and am excited to dive into more!

I've been playing the game often post-DLC and I think I found a potential story Bethesda hasn't explored. It's really gotten my imagination running, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on this one.
When you come out of the Unity, your first quest is to go to the Lodge. But if you go back to the Argos mining site on Vectera first, you'll find Barrett and the others in the aftermath of the fight with Spacers. Barrett only reminds you to take the Artifact to the Lodge.
But when you go to the Lodge, they don't recognize you until Vasco scans you. Not only that, they inform you that Vasco delivered the Artifact already. If I recall correctly, Barrett sent Vasco with you, so... Where did You end up?

Could be the plot, lack of something, the art, a story line, anime canon you wanted in the manga, a moment, anything. ANYTHING.
â—Ź I want to see more of Sakura, Kakash, Tsunade, Orochimaru. They could all be useful to the plot and I'd like to see their reactions to Naruto being "dead" and Sasuke going rogue again. Sakura has to be trippin; she's Sasuke's wife and team mate who she went through hella shit with and we don't even see a moment with her reaction. We just need some more depth in this story with the worldbuilding and side cast.
I know we are getting into all that stuff now it seems, but I feel like especially Sakura's reaction should've been covered already.
â—Ź Personally, I'd change how Sasuke lost his rinnegan, if at all. I get why Naruto losing his power had to be a massive moment but I feel like Sasuke lost his power way too insignificantly with no emotional impact. Obviously, I'm not going to cry about a rinnegan with no consciousness but I'd have liked to see such a huge power source of Sasuke be destroyed in a more honourable and memorable way. I'd rather him lose it to Isshiki, or fighting some kind of other great threat. Getting it destroyed after the shit was beaten out of him and Momoshiki's chakra signature being masked is just ratty asf imo and he was done dirty.
â—Ź I also wish the Deepa Arc was in the manga. Fucking loved that arc. Deepa was such a unique villain with a cool personality. It also added a ton of development to team 7. If it was in the manga, compression rasengan would also be in the manga.
I have so much more to say but I don't want to spam too many paragraphs.
honourable mention: I wish Tsubaki was manga canon and that we'd see a lot of her (wish we'd see a lot more of all the new konoha 11 and develop them)

 | UK - This is our second bulk order, we’ve only ever used this company and the first time we had actual random shaped big split logs and this time we got smaller square ones (which are fine) but there are sooo many thin strips that barely last 20 minutes before I need to add more even when you chuck a load in at once. I know I will get thin bits but this seems excessive. I have been throwing some thin bits in every time I add two square logs but they are gone so fast. I don’t know whether to go through all the wood and separate it all and see how much thin stuff we actually have and complain about it but I don’t know if I’m being petty.  | Hey, y’all! I’ve been lifting for about 7 months or so. Beforehand, I was only doing bodyweight circuits and calisthenics. While it made me sweat, I wasn’t seeing much progress physically. So I locked in and refined my diet, focusing on eating way more protein and calorie estimating (I don’t explicitly count them because I went through BED in 2019…never again). I started going to my apartment’s gym 4x a week on a bro split (shoulders/back, legs, arms, chest) and doing cardio 3x weekly. Not going to lie, I’ve been discouraged a lot because I feel like I wasn’t seeing enough progress in my lifts or with my body. However, looking back even to last year, I noticed a sizable change in my appearance and people I know have recently given me compliments, which is a boost to my “meh” self esteem.
