Hi all. Helping a friend who has an issue with a PC I built for them, been running fine for about 4 years. It now has an issue where after an hour or so of gaming it'll just crash to a black screen. Fans continue running and audio etc. continues, which suggests a GPU crash to me.
Once this has happened for the first time, it'll then happen again after a reset much more quickly, within a couple of minutes. Even if I interrupt the boot sequence and sit in the UEFI menu, it'll still black screen even there.
The more rapid crashing continues to be the case unless it's left for a few hours, then it'll run for an hour or so again before black screening once more.
Am I more likely to be looking at a GPU or PSU fault here? The fact it does it even when under basically zero load in a UEFI screen is interesting to me, but I'm not sure if it points me in one direction in particular.

 | Hi everyone, I recently moved into a new apartment in a triplex. The rental comes with shared Wi-Fi provided through Google Mesh pods, which are used by all three units. I was initially concerned about sharing the same network, so the landlady created a separate guest network specifically for me, through the google app. When I tried setting up my HomePods, I got a message saying, “Some features may not work on this network,” due to the lack of support for peer-to-peer connections. This has left me with two questions: 1 - Is there a way to configure the Google Mesh network to support peer-to-peer connections? 2 - If not, should I worry about not having my own network? Is it safe to use the shared network with the other units? My concern is that if we’re on the same network, the other units might be able to control or AirPlay to my HomeKit devices and Apple TV. I sold an item and purchased a label through eBay. I shipped it and it made its way across the country. It got to the buyer's local post office, and the tracking updated to say
The item is being held at theThe buyer is adamant that they didn't request that hold. I have no insight into the situation, but other people on the internet claim the USPS sometimes incorrectly applies this status as an excuse when they're behind on delivering. But now it's been two business days with no change.post office. This was at the request of the customer.
The post office is 3 minutes from their house. But the buyer keeps saying "I didn't request that. I can't go to the post office. How do I get my package?"
Honestly, I have no idea. I feel for them, but what am I realistically supposed to do? There's no way for me to change the delivery since (according to the USPS), the buyer requested the hold. Meanwhile, eBay has already paid me out and says "This order is complete."
What am I supposed to do?

EM intern here, currently finishing up an ICU rotation this month where I’ve done a total of 2 chest tubes and 1 intubation the entire month. Adding to this, My shifts in the ED have been well, not that great. I usually see 1 pt/hr, but I feel most of the patients I see would be described as lower acuity, and I’ve only really had one very sick patient that I intubated and put a central line in a few months ago. I can’t help but feel like I’m the worst type of white cloud and I’m afraid of merely being fully qualified to run an urgent care by the time residency finishes at the rate things are going. Sorry for the rambling, I just needed to vent.
