Over the past year, my managers have been telling me that they want me to take on a leadership role in my department. I was selected for a leadership training program, which I completed. Shortly after the program ended, I was told that said leadership position would not be available this year, and I was promoted to a more "hands on" technical role. I've been given a raise and regular overtime, but I feel that my new role doesn't suit my abilities. Coordination, peacekeeping, and team building come very naturally to me, but technical and detailed work does not. I want to feel excited and grateful for my pay increase and the opportunity to improve upon my weaknesses, but I feel like a square peg that is about to be jammed into a round hole.

I have been exploring the dynamax part in the game for sometime now and I feel the experience of it is really bad. Initially I did not understand the Dynamax concept itself, now after spending enough time it has irritated me to some extent.
First of all the dynamax centres popup randomly and are not always available. Second dyanamax battles can only be fought from the centres and not all the time and then there are these bugs in the games.
Am I missing on something obvious and looking at the whole thing incorrectly? What do you all feel about this update?

Sharpay and Ryan’s rendition of “What I’ve been looking for” was exactly what it should have been. They are siblings and singing it as a love song to each other would be creepy af. I think we all need to take this into account before hating. Also I don’t think they are in the wrong at all throughout the entire film franchise. In the first film they are just making sure that Troy and Gabriella are committed to the theater because that is literally Sharpay and Ryan’s whole thing. In the second one all Sharpay wants it the chance to perform with Troy. She got them jobs at her families estate to help them out. And in the third one she tries to help the new girl who tries to upstage her just like Troy did over the summer break. She then loses the scholarship to Julian’s but decides to come back to the high school to help Mrs Darbus. Her whole life is the theater and Troy and Gabriella have other things like basketball and science stuff. Then they encroach on her and Ryan’s territory. Of course they were a bit hostile. There are only two lead roles. Lemme know what you think and why. ❤️

I’ve been considering combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with hypnosis to address some issues I’ve been struggling with (like anxiety and negative thought patterns). I’ve done a little research and found that some people say hypnosis can enhance the effects of CBT by helping you get deeper into a relaxed state and making it easier to work on reprogramming thought patterns.
That sounds great in theory, but I’m curious if anyone here has actually tried it.
