Hi all, I'm getting back into the game after 10ish years, the recent KT update gave a good reason to dig out the paint brushes and dice. Early 2010s I was playing 1200+ point games with Chaos Marines, and working on building and Eldar(?) army before adulting to the best of me.
I've picked up the recent starter box and played a few games with my nephews, along with grabbing Blooded and Phobos sets. I am looking to play KT, while scaling into Combat Patrol and back into full 40k.
I see that Aeldari/Eldar has 3 options for teams which is nice, and looks pretty straight forward to play. 40k wise they seem to be performing well(?) plus a recent update on models.
How are Aeldari KT players doing? Enjoying the teams and do they feel competitive?

2024.11.27 03:37 yamyamyaong What breed for each event?
I'm on PC. We just got the show jumping update and I am over the moon (Thank you dev team!) and I'm wondering if anyone know what breeds and crossbreeds would work for that event. I'm also looking for this same info about the other events too.
Like I think a Quarter horse x Thoroughbred with breed bonus in SPD, SPR, and ACC would be best at flat racing but I'm drawing a blank on the rest. Also, specifically what skills should I train for each event so I don't stupidly waste anymore money and feed. EX: you obviously don't need to train JMP for flat racing but I'm not very smart so I need some help. I would kiss someone for a comprehensive chart but I understand that might be too much to ask. Thank you for any help!

Hello, I've had my betta James for a little over 2 years now, he's been in a 10 gallon for about 6 months thriving with 5 silver tip tetras and a black nerite snail.(I'm aware it's always a risk having other fish with bettas, he's never had any issue with them and they don't bother him) Anyways I've been consistent with the water changes and checking the parameters and such. I've never bought a heater before but since it's been cold these past couple weeks here in Florida I bought a tank heater about 2 days ago, I set it to 78 which I know is within the range for them. Now I feel stupid saying this :( but I bought an air pump with an air stone thinking it would help with oxygen in the water I didn't think anything bad of it.. but the next morning all the tetras were dead and James has since been just laying at the bottom of the tank,(has not wanted to eat for 3 days now) usually he gets happy seeing me and will swim up to the top for me to feed him but he's been just not himself. I removed the air pump the next day as soon as I saw the dead tetras.... is there anyone that can help me or give me advice I just wanna make sure he's gonna be okay..... Im trying my best :'(((

Hello guys, need your advise. Went for oil change and the guy told me the valve cover gasket was leaking oil and needs change, cost $400. Also spark plugs need another $100. My 2011 xb has only 84,500 miles and was thinking of saleing. Want to get a hybrid suv.Never had problems, very good car, its my second, had a 2005 before, both great cars. So, fix or sale . I had google chrome installed but I just deleted the app and everything related to it that I could find in /Users/Library...
But it left some applications on Settings - Privacy & Security - Local Network that I can't remove, I already tried the usual fixes as restarting, etc but no luck
Anyone has any idea on how to remove this

hello fellow trailblazers, with amphoreus, the mysterious planet of heroes revealed as the planet for version 3.0, the cogs in my brain started turning at the all the potential possibilities for this collab.
- During the section of the trailer where the shadow of the Astral express was moving over, we see a suspiciously Luocha shaped figure (most likely void archives from HI3 who followed Welt as per Welt's splash art) in a greek garden of sorts at 3:04. The subtitles for this segment of the trailer are specifically "You will see outlanders from faraway realms visiting under the veil of gloom". "Outlanders"?, sounds like we will get more than just HI3 references for this segment.
- Amphoreus draws heavy inspiration from greek Mythology, from the primordial Chaos causing mayhem, to the Titans that ruled humanity, to the later pantheon of 12 Gods (Aeons?) overthrowing the titans, afterwards the corruption part is eerily similiar to the Honkai wave. Agleae is the most holy Greek design possible, while the three red hair small girls is reinforcing the important of the number in greek mythology. The other franchise with heavy greek inspiration is none other than Fate, with heracles himself being a major servant in the UBW route and most of Fate stay night.
- Amphoreus, planet of heroes, shrouded in secrecy by the remembrance, the path specialising in memories and cognitive-based phenomena. This concept is shockingly similiar to the Throne of Heroes where significant historic figures are recorded by the root of the magic to be summoned as servants (heroic spirits). The parallels couldn;t be stronger, even moreso with the 13 flamebearers heavily referencing the 13 flamechasers from HI3, heroes of a past age. We even have not-Elysia and not-Kevin doing their iconic lines and poses, sharing their JP VAs.
- A whole new playable path, with its first character shown to have a
MY proposal is that since Amphoreus appears to be a planet maintained by the Remembrance and could be easily malleable, it makes the most logic for collabs to happen there. There will probably be a dedicated event story, maybe even a limited area, for the arrival of the Fate UBW characters.
Now for the most important part, the characters. The most important disclaimer is this collab is specifically stated to be UBW only, so it's quite unlikely we will see any characters from the wider fate franchise. So only the OG FSN cast. Among the cast that heavily partakes in the UBW route, I have a few ideas.
The main heroine of the route, Rin Tohsaka. One of the most famous waifus of all time, with her major exposure coming from Ufotable's UBW adaptation (where Genshin anime? after Demon Slayer moveis lmao). Tsundere, headstrong, adapatable, capable mage, she's almost a one-woman package that would make people whale just by herself, but her Servant is arguably one of the most popular characters of all time, the mysterious Archer. This two are almost guaranteed as this is the route that expands on them the most. Rin and Archer as a Remembrane pair, with Rin summoning and applying buffs on Archer while he goes to town with his full array. Archer as a solo 4* Quantum Hunt, matching his lore of not being as powerful as proper legendary heroes, further reinforced by his solo appearance on the Express. I am leaning towards the Remembrance direction.
Gilgamesh is almost a guaranteed. He is the major antagonist of the route, extremely popular by his own merits and is just goated in general (dun look at what inside's the suspicious priest's church though). I am not sure if Kirei would make the slot, but for now let's assume Gilgamesh is coming as a solo. Gilgamesh would want to spam Gate of Babylon as much as possible, while maybe pulling out Enuma Elish for his ult. Destruction or Erudition is the most likely fit. The only thing that worries me is the presence of the guy with the red tattoos looking very similiar to Gil.
Shirou Emiya and Saber. Saber is probably the most famous Fate waifu of all time. Unfortunately, she has very little screentime in UBW due to plot, and her route hasn't has a modern adaptation, but she has plenty of appearances and side content (just look at the number of Artoria faces drawn by Takeuchi in FGO, main illustrator of Fate). As for Shirou, he's one of the most memorable protags of all time, but his current teenager self wouldn't make bucks on his own. Saber will prob be included as a solo unit, Quantum Destruction. But if Shirou makes it as a story only character I am still fine, because Archer is right there.
other potential units include, Cu Chulainn, Sasaki Kojiro, Medusa, Medea, Illya and heracles; all good choices as well.
the lame route is just skins. I don;t need to elaborate.

1 month after ankle surgery & my wound is infected with Pseudomonas aeruginos and other infections. I don’t have a fever, or other symptoms. I am taking cipro and amox clav antibiotics (surgeon prescribed).
How bad does this infection look? I’m concerned about further damage, should I go to the ER for a better analysis?
Also, has anyone else experienced this before? If so, I desperately need some positive healing stories. Thanks in advance

We live in Florida. I work early in the morning and my husband’s day doesn’t start until much later so I usually go to bed much earlier. I have come out to the living room numerous times to find the slider doors in our living room area wide open. I admittedly am pretty phobic about critters coming into the house. But in my defense, it’s Florida. It’s not unrealistic. I throw a fit when it happens and he acts like I should just be okay with him saying “I won’t do it again” again and again. So am I overreacting by saying that the only solution has to be that he can’t stay up late at night alone anymore because I can’t trust him not to leave the doors open?

I'm empathetic, I care a lot about my self-respect, and I'm anti-social. I usually prioritize openness and honesty over politeness. I've spent a lot of time thinking about human nature to try to figure out why people are the way they are. This has caused me to become increasingly more self-aware and incompatible with most people over time. The flaws they can't see in themselves have become increasingly more noticeable and annoying to me. I specifically think most people are too socialized and arrogant. I would like to find people that share this understanding and feel the same way about it. Please don't message me unless all of this resonates with you strongly.
