i haven’t increased any weight or reps for 8 months,
(22f) I’ve been lifting for around 2.5 years , i’ve been able to progressively overload with ease up until this year, It has been 8 months since i have increased weight on any exercise, i have not been able to add reps either.
I’m still pushing to absolute failure on almost all of my sets, I weight train 3 times per week, (2 lower, 1 upper body day) i’m hitting my protein goal, even eating in a slight surplus to try to aid in getting past this plateau , i sleep well, i have no stress, i can’t figure out what i might be missing?
I am putting in the absolute MAXIMUM amount of effort in the gym, So my question is,,, if i’m still training to failure at the same weight/reps, would i still be making progress/gains even through i’m technically not progressively overloading?

I was looking at getting an Epson EcoTank ET-85xx as it seemed to fit my needs, however it seems to have issues with roller marks on thicker paper, so I am looking for options. If no other suitable alternatives exists I will try and see if I can make it work....
The intended use is to print greeting cards and stationary on thick paper (~300gsm / ~22mil) in small volumes a few times a week. Outsourcing is not an option for my purpose. Feeding the cards individually is not a problem...
