Hi everyone. My story is long and unfortunate (Iâve posted it here before, feel free to look at my past post for more info ) and Iâm needing $400 for rent and electric. I use to own a small business selling apparel, tumblers etc. I still have some unsold product left over. I canât seem to get my head above water here financially (again feel free to review my past post). Iâm willing to ship out product in return for some help. 2024.11.27 12:40 biblops Thoughts on Dreams being nominated for iPad App of the Year?
If youâd have told me in November 2023 that Dreams would be nominated for the 2024 iPad App of the Year I would have fist-pumped the air and assumed that the next 12 months were going to be filled with fantastic new updates and features.
The reality is that the app is almost as broken and unfinished as it was on launch. We can rearrange drawing layers now, whoopee.
The app is currently sat at 3.2 stars on the App Store. The feedback forums are filled with dissatisfied customers begging for any kind of communication on updates. Check any tweet about Dreams from the Procreate twitter account. The replies are always filled with people demanding the lasso tool update.
The developers didnât acknowledge the appâs first anniversary. They have taken down the original announcement keynote so we can no longer see what they promised.
In my opinion it has been a terrible first year for this product and a pretty bad year for the Procreate teamâs reputation and goodwill. Almost all of my patience around this has been sapped by the teamâs refusal to communicate with their customers.
BUT I am someone who is far too invested in this and has spent too much time checking the forums for updates. Are folks like me in the minority here? Do the rest of you think that Dreams is fantastic as is and deserving of the App of the Year? Iâm very interested to hear how others feel about this!

 | My printer is only a couple of weeks old and has less than 50 hours print time and I've started to get adhesion issues on a model I've printed, in Bambu PLA, four times successfully. My AMS is showing 20% humidity inside on a humidity sensor I have installed. The AMS indicator on the app is showing a cabin humidity of 1. I've washed my print plate in dish soap and cleaned it thoroughly and dried it but the model detaches from the plate after different times on each attempt. I'm stuck as to the cause. Can anyone suggest anything I could try? On the last attempt I raised the bed temperature by another five degrees but it still detached. I have my program with my ex and I have to see them unfortunately on Tuesdays. So I usually ignore them, cause why would I not? But I've noticed that even now - couple of months after my breakup- they are still trying to bother me!
And it's weird, petty shit now. Like I made amends with my old friend that I cut off cause they knew about the cheating and tried to warn me, and we were talking in class today and once I left, my friend said bye to me- and then tells me that after I left, this piece of shit tried to apologize to him as well. He would have never done this if he didn't see us talking I know cause how is it that for like 4 weeks in a row after me and my ex stopped talking, he never tried to open up to this old friend again when I apologized immediately to him and assumed nothing would come from it. I never intended for us to become friends again, I just wanted to say my peace, yet this ex of mine truly thinks I'm doing this still out of spite??
And cherry on the cake. Once I left, I went to a room to work on some assignments, and the room is literally empty other then 2 others... why does this man come in and sit across from my seat. Like out of all the places u could pick, why there?! I'm not even bothering him- he asked to be left alone all those months ago- yet he's the one bothering me. I'm so unbothered by his existence that I was walking to class and I guess I ran into him cause he froze up and didn't move but I didn't even acknowledge it was him till I turned a corner and passed him already. THATS HOW LITTLE I THINK ABOUT HIM NOW.
He's even telling people in chats like "let US know how it's going" like FUCK OFF OH MY GODDDD
Fucking annoying ass little child- legit I have told people nothing that they didn't already know about this guy and I get the same response that they all think he's weird and creepy.. like I didn't even make up shit about him and when people mention him to me I tell them to not update me on him. So why is he still obsessed with trying to pierce his way into my life in any way possible?! I don't want to snap at him one day cause I feel like thats what he wants- but I'm getting so close to it

So Iâm in a situation where I canât decide if I should stay on iOS 16.6.1 or update to 17/18. Iâve had this phone since the beggining of 2023 (97% health), kept it on iOS 16 due to fear of bad battery life on newer versions. Is it safe for the battery to update or stay on 16? Will it last the same on 17/18? Please I only need answers for my questions.
