My overlord from the combat patrol. First attempt at painting necrons. Haven't painted anything since 2018 and the last thing was a tau commander. Like these guys a lot. Would love suggestions on your painting techniques for the glaive/gauss effects. Next project is an overlord from indomitus. Order him off ebay, came with the arms broken, so I broke him more. Now he sits criss cross apple sauce and ponders his orb. Will post once painted.

Our new study explores how the annual earnings of men and women (including Canadian-born individuals, immigrants and temporary residents) compare within population groups. Here are a few highlights:
- In 2016, women earned 70 cents for every dollar of men’s annual earnings.
- Black women had the highest earnings ratio, at 83.9 cents for every dollar of annual earnings for Black men.
- Japanese women had the lowest earnings ratio, at 59 cents for every dollar of annual earnings for Japanese men.
- For all population groups, the main reasons for differences in earnings were women working fewer hours than men and in different sectors.

Someone just remind me of Hamsterkombat allocation and compared it to $major, now I am skeptical on the listing price. I still think it will list above $1 due to the allocation user got and the current pre-market price still above that amount. My friend claimed it might list above $1 but dip immediately and stabilize at $0.5 but many of us continue to argue that it will stabilize at $1.
I didn’t farm $major but staked some BTC on Bitget poolx to get $major so whether it list above that price, I don’t really care since it is just another passive income for me but my other friends that farmed the project are so worked up and pray it list above $2. I really don’t think this Ton project will follow the others disappointing trend and feel it will become a success since many people faded the project but do you think Major will cook?

Every day I get closer to moving all my home-duct taped shenaigan-machines into a more permanent rack-ish storage and one thing I am still working on is power-monitoring.
I would like to be able to keep watch of each machine and somehow have it in a dashboard/data-accessible manner, I ran across a post in homeassistant-sub (never looked at it but starting) and it was discussing the great value for money that IKEA Tretakt was, made me think it wouldnt be to bad of a choice to go for a couple of these, one per machine and one per network unit as well (to get a feel for how much the unifi-stuff I have draw & cost).
Anyone use these on their servers or have bettealternative suggestions?
I would have to get a zigbee/something adaptemodule as well hooked up, since I dont have anything in the HA-field running, I had some zwave couple years back but struggled to much (slow response from button/event to trigger) that I gave up. Since it would be fun and gives me more oppertunity to plug other things in, the initial cost of the module/adapter wouldnt bother me, just the price/unit.

Hi guys,
I've been doing EMDR sessions for about 5 months now (15+ sessions, I struggle with CPTSD) and have recently found out I struggle with heavy performance anxiety besides other forms of anxiety (e.g. loneliness) which has made it (too) hard for me to hold jobs and/or study.
Whenever I think about working or studying regularly for at least 8 hours a week I get into this trauma reaction where I completely tense up and get stuck in a really high state of anxiety.
Although I feel that I'm stuck I feel that having this unravelled is still progress because before I would completely dissociate while studying or working. Me not being able to do this anymore means that things are coming more to the surface and therefore are better treatable.
As I'm trying to find my way through how to deal with this form of anxiety I was searching within this community to find if other people also (have) struggle(d) with this. I couldn't really find anything so that's why I wanted to make this post.
Do any of you guys recognize performance anxiety and how have you dealt with it or are you currently dealing with it through EMDR?
