Hi everyone. I have a confirmed hyper pots diagnosis. I had to get off of Corlanor recently because of a pregnancy, but I've since miscarried and the plan is to get back on the Corlanor. However. Corlanor did raise my BP a bit while I was on it.
When off, I switched to LMNT because the mio electrolytes I was doing had too much sugar and when I saw LMNT, the no sugar was the selling point. I only have one of these a day, mixed in 32 oz of water. That's 1g of salt. When I finish this 32oz, I drink up to another 32oz of just plain water. I've felt much better on LMNT, but I think, even just the 1g of salt is also raising my bp because I've been consistently high since switching. Yesterday I measured at 155/110, which isn't good. No symptoms of hypertension, and less POTS symptoms. Honestly, it was comparable to just taking Corlanor which lowers my HR but doesn't stop the 30+ increase.
Since Dr wants me to go back on Corlanor they want my to reduce sodium now....I really, really like LMNT and have a large supply. This much sodium has also been helping despite the hypertension. I told her as much, but with the Corlanor having a side effect of raising BP, I understand there's a huge risk there. For now I'm taking half doses and measuring BP to see what happens.
Anyone have ideas on keeping the sodium intake but not raising BP? Do I just need to drink more plain water to flush some of it out? I don't have much salt in my diet already so I found the hypertension surprising given how little salt I consume for someone with POTS. I understand we aren't doctors, but I'm looking to see if anyone is experiencing something similar and found something that worked or really just anything I didn't think of.

I also just don't like Red Card in general, but you could easily get rid of Gio for a Red Card if you preferred. In a pinch, Gio can sometimes get you out of a bind. I recently enrolled onto the "PayPal for Business" solution so as I can accept live (real) payments on e-ticket service. I reached a part that asked me to provide details of a US bank I wish 🤞 to link to our corporate PayPal account.
I don't a US bank account but I want to easily open up one.
Does anyone know of a good us bank with very affordable and friendly rates, with which I can open up account and fund it while I am in uganda 🇺🇬.

2024.11.27 12:30 mack_ani I need time off to treat an illness, but I’m part time. What to do?
Hi all. I’m having some serious health problems lately, and I’m not sure how to get some time off while not losing my job.
I’m a part time petcare/cashier (~4-15 hrs a week). I love my job a lot, but I feel like I’m not even useful right now- I have to go home some days, and I keep having to call out.
My ASL told me that I need to be on the schedule still to not raise eyebrows from corporate, but I really just need time to rest and get medical treatment from my doctors, and my health keeps getting worse every shift I work lately.
What are my options? I’ve only worked with PS for a year, so I don’t have enough hours to qualify for FMLA. I already have accommodations, but that doesn’t help me when I need to just stay home.
I can’t emphasize enough how much I would like to be at work and healthy instead, but I just keep getting fevers and can’t stand up straight on my bad days. I think I will get better if I just get some med changes and bedrest, but I need time off for that!

 | Hello! This is part 2 of my Hissatsus Explained series, which people seemed to like. If you missed the last post which explained the real world history behind Carronade Hou, used by Cobra in Navy Invader vs Inazuma Japan (Orion) (perhaps link), the goal of the series is to break down and explain the inspirations behind hissatsus, keshins, tactics, and perhaps other elements of the Inazuma Eleven universe. I will normally be posting once per week, but I am doing a couple this week just to get the series up and running. The move is first used by Gabriella in episode 44 of Orion, during Guardians of Queen’s match against Inazuma Japan. It is estimated that the Mouth of Truth was sculpted 2200 years ago (200 BC). In medieval Rome, a woman, accused of cheating on her nobleman husband, was forced to put her hand in the mouth. She claimed the only person somebody other than her husband kissed her, was 5 minutes before, when a madman ran up to her and kissed her, and the mouth did not bite her, thus proving her innocent. This is exactly how the hissatsu stops shots: by biting down on the ball. One could say that if the strike was true, the ball would break through. One theory is that the mask was a drain cover, as the nearby Temple of Hercules Victor had an Oculus (an intentional hole in the ceiling, which allows rain to fall in), and the mask would provide an artistic cover for the rainwater to be drained. It is also theorised that the hole was used as a drain, not for water, but for blood needing to be drained from sacrifices of cattle to Hercules. It was, after all, located in the Forum Boarium, an ancient cattle market. In the game against Inazuma Japan, Guardians of Queen use special compression bands, which amplifies the power of the user's muscles, boosting their strength and speed to superhuman levels, at the cost of their physical health. This is obviously blatant cheating. The Mouth of Truth is a lie-detecting, or cheating-detecting device, which means it would probably bite the hand off of the Guardians of Queen players! I don’t know if this is intentional irony, or if this purely coincidental, but it certainly is funny when you look into it! Thank you for reading, I hope this was another interesting explanation for an underrated hissatsu. I certainly did not expect to have such an interesting backstory for the move.
