We met about four months ago, he used to be very consistent and we would message all day and he would call me more and send me things. Intimately things were fun and excited. The feelings were being fully reciprocated, we both so excited just to talk and ask and everything. We've talked on the phone every day for the past 4 months, spending the entire night talking and watching things. I watch him play games. He would talk about all the things we should do and we created our own little server on Discord for all the stuff we wanna do and just MANY things. I'm not blind, things were something else.
Then it felt like things just stopped. He never sent me the gift from our one month anniversary when I did, a whole package of a CD i burned and custom made the case for, goodies, many things. The monthly thing is always something important to me and makes me happy, so I even made him another playlist for the next one with some cute spicy pictures for the next month. I've been working on the fourth months gift combining it with next month for Christmas but I don't think I'll get anything from him again.
Last night I told him how I feel and that maybe its not working if I have to ask for communication and comfort (i was sad, about this what I'm talking about. Not feeling like he's excited anymore, not feeling desired. Now everytime I want to be ooh spicy with him and send pictures and messages he just replies the /now/ usual wait time of an hour plus, waay later and eventually when we'd call, flatline. its like i wasnt anything special. Again, or made him excited.) Everything changed. He says he still feels the same way and his feelings never stopped, that he still imagines everything with me and thinks of me and dreams of me, how he only wants me and for us to be together always. But I don't see it...
I don't know what to do and I try so hard communicating this to him. We slept called as usual, he passed out but I spent all night crying...

I work hospitality in UK and turned 21 last week which means my pay will increase, from to £11.02 (under minimum wage at 21) to ~£12. However in my company this wage increase has to be ‘authorised’ by whoever above before I can get paid more. I also get paid weekly.
Should I be getting back paid for the weeks where my pay does not meet NMW? Shouldn’t this sort of thing just be automatic?

2024.11.28 00:39 Aarya_Bakes With the democrats likely losing over 10 electoral votes due to reapportionment in 2030, what red states should the dems invest in to make up for the deficits?
I personally think Iowa and Ohio come to mind since these states last voted blue in 2012 and could potentially make a resurgence.
But aside from that, I think Kansas is the only solid red state that could see blue progress. It’s voting to the left of Missouri and only shifted 1.6 points to the right while the nation as a whole shifted R +5. I feel like this election kinda destroyed any chances of the dems going for Blexas and Blorida.
Meanwhile, I can imagine the gop going for NJ so they won’t have to rely on other swing states later on
