Hello, I’ve been taking propranolol like 30mg everyday for the past month. I’ve been eating less, overall more tired, more depressed BUT it’s actually the only thing that’s helped my anxiety in a very long time (I have panic disorder). I’m not sure what to do, it’s so incredibly helpful but I’ve been so tearful lately! It’s also because of my current circumstances that are making me sad lol, so maybe it’s just exacerbating it. I know it’s probably just because it lowers your blood pressure and heart rate, so it’s not mental but still it’s sucks!!! It’s like I have to chose a lesser of two evils. I’m going to start exercising and eating well to see if it helps. This really sucks :( any advice would be much appreciated

I've been seeing this combo more and more each game, and very often 3-5 teams are this combo. For those that had the luxury to not fight it; it's a duo that very easily zone controls with a grab+stun combo and can instantly delete you if you're not aware of the grab.
Outside of just backing off and trying to flank them while unaware, how are YOU handling the combo that often sees success (top 4+) each game? What heroes counter it?

2024.11.28 01:21 Itchy_Complex_5641 How effective is difficid and VOWST
I posted my lab results about three days ago and was later confirmed by the office that I have an active cdiff infection. I’m currently waiting on receiving treatment. I’m just wondering how effective both treatments are since I’ll be finishing dificid first then starting VOWST. How likely am I to relapse.
This may be irrelevant but my current cdiff symptoms don’t exactly follow the “textbook definition” of diagnosis. Honestly, for the longest time (possibly about 1-2 years ago) my symptoms have relatively been the same - although perhaps the times I was actively infected, my symptoms were exaggerated. I already relapsed in February and was given vanco and then possibly some time within the last 3-4 months I relapsed again (I took a test sometime in the summer and revealed to be negative)
Anyways my symptoms usually are frequent bowel movements, fecal incontinence (more like soiling when I have the urge to bowel movement), sensitivity to most foods (I’ll have to BM some time a little after eating), stools come out: fully formed, crushed, or nothing at all. Honestly didn’t think I’d relapse but my already current symptoms were getting worse so I had to check on it (I’m also doing other tests and will get a colonoscopy as soon as I clear my cdiff infection)
However, I never experienced the watery diarrhea, the excessive abdominal cramping, fever, blood in stool, and maybe some bloating but very minimal (I’m unable to pass gas without passing a BM).
When I had cdiff the first time it was very pronounced and had most of those symptoms listed. Could this just be mild stubborn strand that will quit once im done with this treatment? I doubt all my symptoms will clear up entirely after treatment, I need to get examine for potential IBD (I currently have one auto inflammatory or autoimmune disease - I feel like doctors and the internet have a hard time classifying it because I see many definitions get thrown around, it’s Hidradenitis Suppurativa)

The long and short of it is I’ve been in love with my best friend for 6 years. He started seeing someone when I met him and they’re now together. We’re so close, one big fall out maybe a year after we met which lead me to later drunkenly texting him confessing my feelings, to which he never replied, but then a few months on he reached out and we reconnected and right now we’re as close as we’ve ever been, he recently saw me through my first relationship too (a car crash relationship that I’m now glad to be out of) but he met him one time and he seemed to like him. We’ve had a couple sleepovers for the sake of ease as we live in different cities now, nothing has ever happened and we’ve always slept in different beds. Although the last time I feel like maybe something could’ve happened, we were up chatting on his bed in the early hours of the morning after a night spent messing about and having fun with his few housemates. I’ve never met his gf. Sometimes I want to ask him if she’s ok with me being close with him and having days out together but I never have the nerve.
I love having him in my life and as a friend he gives me so much and my life is so much better with him in it, he makes me laugh, I love how playful he is, he makes me feel confident and great about myself, and he has the same outlook on life as me and wants similar things. But am I just setting myself up for heartbreak if he marries hethey have kids. Could I ever be truly happy for him like a good friend would be? What would other people do in this situation. I’ve really consistently felt the same way the entire time I’ve known him. Do other people think it’s weird I’m so close with him and still never met his girlfriend? Is there possibility he could feel the same way but not say anything for the sake of his gf.
