2024.11.28 02:49 RebelsDroppedTheFlag Confused about how professions are split across expansions

Hi all! After many many years, I'm finally trying my first crafting profession, namely Engineering. To start, I was hoping to fly around and grab all the expansions (classic engineering, cataclysm engineering, etc). But I'm already having trouble, as I can't quite tell what some of them are called due to the flavorful names (it's not "Battle for Azeroth engineering", its "Zandalari engineering")
Here's the ones I've unlocked:

Am I missing any? Is there one, for, say, Wrath of the Lich King? My googling has not succeeded in finding what it's called, as I think it has some sort of in-universe name instead of "Wrath of the Lich King engineering".
Additional questions:
  1. Am I correct in assuming Goblin and Gnome engineering are not things I can unlock right now? I need to wait till I'm a higher level to unlock them?
  2. Gadgetzan hates my guts because I unlocked the Bloodsail Admiral title, is there any way to get classic goblin engineering without grinding those reps back up?
  3. At the risk of sounding lazy, could anybody just tell me the names or locations of the engineering trainers for the remaining engineering subcategories I haven't unlocked yet? I promise I've tried to find them, I had a hell of a time finding half of these.

Time to address the elephant in the room—I tend to talk too much when answering questions, especially during interviews and it often causes me to lose the listener’s attention. (I’m a bit forgetful too)
I usually fall into one of two traps: 1. Feeling the need to over-explain every tiny detail, worrying I might not make sense (anxiety). 2. Not realizing I’m rambling on for too long.
This habit has been hurting me in interviews. While my technical skills are strong, my communication hasn’t been on the same level.
Have you faced something similar?
I’d love to hear about any methods, practices, books, videos, or other resources you’ve found helpful to improve in this area!

After hitting diamond in valorsnt and plat in overwatch, I decided to listen to my friends who are in gold/plat to full throttle league because I'm over FPS at the moment unless marvel rivals pulls me back in After almost 2 years of installing/uninstalling I decided to lock in and hit 30 to play ranked
Played my placements, GOT PLACED IRON 4
Now the reasoning for this post is in looking for beginner advice for this because I don't know who to play or what role to play
I usually play tanks and buffy champs in other games and if not I like mages
Currently been playing mid as malzahahwei and I am getting throttled and I miss playing top lane so I might fully lock into that
What would be the best/easiest champ to main and learn the full kit of to carry me to at least Gold 4? (That's the stretch goal)

would just like to ask if anyone here has stayed sa hotel papawhale? dito kasi ako nagstay noong 2019 trip ko and they let me check in early kahit 5am ako dumating. my parents made me get the 11pm flight kasi and 2am kami dadating. i booked our hotel through agoda and nakalagay don 24hr check in pa rin pero nong napabasa ako ng latest reviews 3pm na pala latest check in? upon further research, i saw na pwede ka ata magcheck in early pero upon request—has anyone tried this?
tyia sa mga sasagot pls help an ultra stressed panganay out kasi ang dami namin and magisa akong nagaayos at the last minute 😭

Sorry, but I have another question. I'm used to playing on Professional and Nightmare difficulties by now, but I still haven't gotten used to ranges yet. Like I know the length of a meter IRL, but how do I tell how far 12m vs. 20m is in the game's mechanics? The Myling apparently is inaudible over a 12m range, right? While others can be heard up to 20m away when hunting? How do I depict how far that is?
