2024.11.28 07:39 butteronryetoast Spending Thanksgiving alone tomorrow, and missing a friendship that I recently had to cut ties with. Thought I would be okay....but I'm really not.
A multitude of things right now. I had a friend at work who I was really close with and she was a great support system. But we had to end our friendship because we were developing feelings for each other and she has a boyfriend. This was close to a month ago. I've been very depressed lately, and despite being in therapy and on medication I don't feel like I'm getting any better I can still get out of bed every day and go to work, but it has been hard seeing her although we've remained cordial.
Top it all off my family is out of state on Thanksgiving, and I wasn't able to go out and see them. I thought I would be okay being alone but I'm really not. And I'm really missing her right now because she would have been able to help me through this ( some time has passed and we agreed that we should probably just talk at work and I just deleted the text log tonight) and she's not. So I'm alone....and I really miss her, and I'm really missing my family and I'm just sad.
I just wanna be happy...and I'm fucking miserable. And I just need a hug...but I have no one around me and I wanna cry. I thought I would be okay with being by myself tomorrow, but I'm truly not...and I thought I would be okay without her but I miss being her friend every day. But it's over between us...she doesn't want to mess up and cheat on her boyfriend. Which makes it hurt even more because we said we loved each other prior to ending our friendship. And I know it doesn't matter much but I'm wondering if we truly did care for each other (I have no reason to believe she would lie)...I just wanna be loved and honestly that's the first girl that's ever said that to me.
I just don't know what to do. I wanna drink, but I'm recently sober and I don't wanna screw that up and I know that'll probably make things worse.

 | Fantastic game from Jordan Miller. Looked aggressive tonight and made 6/7 of his field goals from inside the arc (his only miss was arguably a missed blocking foul on Johnny Davis). Jordan has arguably been the best guard off the bench this past week and tonight was no exception. Almost all of Jordan's shot attempts are 3s or at the basket and when he's not actively trying to score he's making the best available pass. He sets off ball screens. He plays great defense. 2024.11.28 07:39 rawrP Saw Macklin play against Ottawa at the Tank tonight
He played a stellar game, but I wanted to call out two little details I caught watching him live.
He was the only player to approach Blackwood after the goal, following Blackwood's giveaway. He tapped him on the pads, and sort of reassured him. Felt like leadership and camaraderie.
The other one was in the 3rd period, Ottawa was trying to clear the puck and hit him directly in the chin with the puck. He wasn't phased for a second and went straight back to chasing the puck which he just blocked with his face.
He is an amazing playmaker with an incredible drive. Moments like these are also what set him apart. It's awesome to see him play live. We are lucky to have him.

Next session one part of the group is trying to close a gate to the abyss that is located deep underwater. The other part of the group is staying above water for I character reasons. I want them to also affect the outcome.
They know of an warship with serveral dive-mechs of an other nation near the portal in the search of an artifact. I was thinking about using this ship to cause complications for the underwater team, that can be solved by the above water team.
Any cool ideas what the ship could do? What kind of complications they can cause?
I'm also open for completly new ideas

2024.11.28 07:39 rudranshsinghmahra I am unable to play with Friends (can't do heist, unable to do deathmatch) always getting notification desync kicked by BE.
I am using YimMenu, FSL, and injecting the menu using the Xenos_2.3.2 Injector. I have also disabled BattleEye in the Rockstar Games Launcher. The can play in a public server (but sometimes also get kicked stating "You have been desynced, Kicked By BE"). But the issue is that I am unable to play with my friends or any other person when I join them using phone notification. Cannot do the any heist with them, can't do 1v1 Deathmatch and so on. So am I only facing this issue or the issue is with the YimMenu? Help me solve the issue ASAP.

Does anyone take over 240mg, and if so, do you have any other conditions it addresses that you'd be happy to share?
I take 25mg nortriptyline and 240mg verapamil XR (extended release) daily plus some supplements for VM.
Nortrip helps but I want to try coming off it due to a side effect.
My neuro has prescribed another half verap tablet in the morning to compensate, since I tolerate it well and tend to run a bit tachycardic anyway.
That means I'll be on 360mg verap a day. This just seems like a lot, considering I don't have a heart condition... Just wondering if anyone else is similar.
