2024.11.28 08:40 lumineisthebest Never been in this position before and unsure what happens next?
For some context I brought said item on the 22nd of November, and Vinted is saying the seller has to said it before the 29th of November which is tomorrow. I got no communication from said seller so yesterday I messaged just asking nicely if she knows roughly when it will be sent.
She admitted she has completely forgot to send it and she would sort it and send. That was yesterday and I checked today and the item still hasn’t been sent. If it does get to tomorrow and still nothing, what does Vinted do? Do they get in contact with the seller and try to get it sorted or does something else happen?
I have also had this happen with another item too but it’s saying that the seller is preparing the order, but it hasn’t been sent yet. That was also brought on the 22nd.

Hi former employee here! I’m not happy about how I was treated while working here. I got treated like crap form day 1. I didn’t stay long. I have made a report to Hr but didn’t hear back on anything so I’m spilling the tea on here. My fist day and second day I needed to use the bathroom. The second day was because it was cold outside and I had worn a long sleeve shirt under my chipotle shirt. They had me doing the tortillas or bowls so at the start of the line. I was in front of the tortilla heating thing and then the stoves. I stared to over heat and felt like I was gonna pass out. I didn’t have any water that day either so asked if I could go to the bathroom to change my shirt. My manger got mad at me and said “it’s the last time( again this is literally my second day) and that I’m not allowed to use the bathroom or leave the line from 11-1:30” and I understand that it’s rush time but I know my right and it’s absolutely illegal to say someone can’t use the bathroom. The way the management and the rest of the crew treated me like shit. I was literally the only white person working there. They sit there and would babysit me because I didn’t wash my hands correctly or I want holding the stupid ladle correctly… like are you freaking kidding me??? That’s stupid!! We all know it!! I ended up having multiple panic attack after a few days of working there. One of the times while going to grab my water bottle I was in tears. I sent a voice note to my friend and she saved it for proof that they are messing with my mental stability. They kept asking me to do things and then they would say things in Spanish and then all laugh. Then they didn’t put me on the schedule for a week and when I tried to contact the store or manager I never got a response so I was forced to find a new job in that time and then literally a week later she yelled me that she “forgot to put me on the schedule”. Im not buying that at all. I made an HR report in that time so I know that a lie and they are trying to cover their asses…. Another thing that happened was they hired me with my nose piercing in and I worked the whole first week with them in and the assistant manager literally told me that they were okay to have. But once I got back from not working that whole week. The manager screamed at me to take them out and how I signed the handbook saying I wouldn’t wear them but you know what the freaking assistant manager has two… SMH… not okay! Then I was trying to find my employee number to clock out because I didn’t have it memorized and the manager yelled at me to get off my phone and that I’m not allowed to be in it till I clocked out, I tried to explain that I was looking for my employee number to clock out because I didn’t know it and she rolled her eyes at me…. She the worst manager ever. Her name is Karen too sorry I’m not making up a name for her because her name is fitting for all of this. They would get mad because I wear my evil eye bracelet and other bracelets but I always took them off before getting the floor but still got yelled at everyday even tho I took them off. I got yelled at for wearing my hair in a braid even tho I had seen other girls wearing them… like this whole experience was some bs! Then because they didn’t get back to me for a week I found a new ( way way better) job. I wrote up my two weeks and handed it in for literally no reason because as soon as I handed it in they told me they were just gonna stop scheduling me. That messes with my life. Like I have bills to pay not that you guys care at all. Also the whole time I worked there some how I only got 38 bucks on my paycheck…. Unbelievable. They told me it was a full time position but they lied. I never would have taken it if I knew the money was gonna be this bad! You guys are messing with peoples lives when you do shit like this! It’s not okay at all!

Hey peeps, I hope you all are doing really well . So, coming to the title as it suggested , my chachi is really so annoying tbh . Don’t know she hates me or what ?!? From few months I am actually avoiding her cause I find her really problematic, she have immense hate for my mum for no reason first and second I somehow think she hates how I am doing good without even going to foreign for studies ( as her own children are living out of India) . Cut to short, I left my job to keep pursuing my studies . With every passing day I started disliking her more and more . From few days she is continuously disturbing me for no reason . As you all know winters are here ,I love to enjoy studying in sunlight . Everyday she came to her terrace, started calling people, talking to them loudly (as if I am really interested in her gossips) roaming here and there on terrace and keeps on disturbing me( as our terraces are attached) looks at my books for what I am reading or not, this is really annoying, unfortunately I have come down to my room . How to deal with such people ?!? Such a pain this woman is .
