Update: BFN and bleeding at 9 DPO I’ve been a little crampy yesterday and today but tested this morning and it was negative. I’m now spotting it seems like but it doesn’t seem like my normal period- TMI but it seems like blood mixed in with mucus. My past two positives I’ve never experienced “implantation bleeding” is this what it is? Do I just have to wait and see if it gets heavier and is my actual period?

Little bit of context:
Met online, her Slovakia, me UK. Immediately mentioned she had been obsessed with some guy who rejected her, for two years, who somehow she thought was the "love of her life", but was over him now and had met me, the "guy of her dreams", who she "would love to settle down with. Within a month got a plane to spend a few days with me. Day after her return tells me she loves me and swears eternal loyalty to me. Following month pays for me to travel to her, rents a cottage for 4 days and takes me on trips and meals out every day. Two months later she pays for me to come over, with the hope of it becoming permanent. In less than 48 hours there, it gets dropped on me that she still loves this guy, and not me, but that at the same time I need to "grow up and stop being jealous of him and live in the future so we can build", is immediately distant with me and complaining about everything.
I'm left with lots of questions.
I have a bit of a disability in my leg, that she is aware of. Walking fast can be a bit discomforting. On the Saturday she invites me out for a walk. Now, she told me that this guy had walked to fast and when she tried to catch up and hold his hand he refused saying she was clingy. Apparently this is how someone who is the "love of her life" acts, whilst someone who valued her as much as he did up until then, isn't. So I wondered how she would react if I did the same thing - anger. She cancelled the walk. I ask her to walk with me the next day, and the whole walk to the river she was telling me how it's pointless to go for a walk with someone who is "not my boyfriend". I told her that she was walking too fast, that it hurt my leg, but she kept walking fast and complaining about the walk. Which just further pissed me off because i'm getting punished for something that guy did who as a result was apparently perfect and so I start asking questions. She ignores me and so I keep asking "why". She acts like such a kid.
All of a sudden she sprints off, with no warning as to where she was going. I just about manage to keep up and she sits down at the river. We have a chat with her telling me how she'd do anything, anything for that guy, even completely quit her BPD obsession - Final Fantasy IXV Online - if he told her to, a game she would play the second she got home from work at 5pm, until she'd turn the light off for bed at 11.30pm and who would say "you are making me choose between FF and you and I choose FF!" if I asked her to give me just 1 hour for us. So I ask her if she'd like me to get the plane home and she says no.
All of a sudden she sprints off, again, this time back home (presumably). It's sweltering hot, I don't know the country, sign posts are in slovak, the screen brightness on my phone is too low to see it to unlock it to google map. I run after her and I'm telling her she's hurting my leg and to please stop, over and over. Which she ignores. She eventually slows down and I tell her that I wouldn't know how to get home. "If you can't figure out your way home then we aren't a good match. "We aren't a good match/we should split up" was her answer for everything she didnt like about me (and she'd fault everything). She then invites me to the pool. I'm actually not so much in pain anymore, but I act as if I am and she doesn't care. Later that evening she tells me where the pain killers are, but she had made me feel so uncomfortable that I was thinking "they must be poisoned or something" and chucked them away but told her I'd taken them.
