Hello!
So to start with, for anyone who's never heard of the lift and carry fetish it basically revolves around being turned on by either lifting someone else, or someone else lifting you. There's a few different varieties but that's basically what it comes down to.
I'm male, 6'3 (190cm), and 190kg (420lbs) from down in Kent in the UK. I'm mostly looking for someone else in the UK or willing to travel here. I can drive so anywhere in the UK is fine by me, although obviously the closer the better. I'm not fussy about age or race as long as you're 18+!
I'm into both being lifted/carried myself (or at least someone trying to), and lifting and carrying others. The idea of a girl struggling under my weight, desperate to get me off the ground turns me on almost as much as the idea of finally finding that girl who's actually strong enough to do it. Very few have tried so far, and nobody's succeeded for very long, but if you're up for giving it a go then I'm ready when you are! My biggest fantasy would be for a girl to give me a shoulder ride, but nobody's brave enough to try that, right?
I'm not one sided though! I'm pretty strong, and the heaviest girl I've ever lifted was about 300lbs, and that wasn't particularly challenging, so there's a good chance I'll be able to get you off the floor. Even if I can't, then just the attempt would be fun. Whether you're 50kg or 150kg I'm up for the challenge! Whether you're a big girl who's never felt what it's like to be physically held in a guys arms, maybe you want to see what shoulder rides are like for the first time, or maybe you're tiny and just love the feeling of how effortlessly a strong guy can throw you around. Whatever you're into, if it involves me lifting or trying to lift you then I'm up for giving it a go!

I'm a current verizon customer and debating adding a bring your own device smartwatch line with my plan. But before I do that, I want in writing the terms and cancelation policies.
I called customer service and asked for such, but they just sent me to verizon.com/support/bring-your-own-device-faqs/ which conveniently leaves out details such as cancelation policy questions.

Was he just unable to recruit the level of talent needed to compete with Georgia and a rising Clemson (which makes no sense in my opinion, your predecessor leads the program to multiple 11 win seasons with victories over top ranked opponents and multiple season finishes in the top 10 and you still can’t attract similar consistent levels of talent as the Clowney/Ingram/Lattimore era Gamecocks?) with the exception of the occasional Deebo Samuel here and there? Or was he able to actually attract some pretty good talent across the board that could have allowed us to stay competitive with Clemson and Georgia (and still overall have all around winning seasons on a similar level of Spurrier) but he was just such an incompetent head coach that we ended sucking regardless?

After years of meditation practice, I spent the last week meditating for several hours every day, at 1h+ duration at a time.
After several days,.my awareness had grown more than it ever have been before. And I suddenly was able to observe my conscious mind continuously, in a way where I could clearly see every single thought as it came and went. I could see everything each though contained, of feelings, opinions and identity. I saw them before they even "unpacked" and began influence my experience in the moment. And from that, I have become able to keep my conscious mind still at will. I can choose to let a though do its thing or not. And when I keep my mind clear like this, I automatically am connected to my breathing and physical sensory inputs, because there is no conscious thought pulling my attention away. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Also I can feel a pressure in my forehead and it seems my prefrontal cortex is stimulated too. In this new awareness I also realized that I am not my conscious mind and that those thoughts were not me. These thoughts have always been the foundation of my personality and experience so far in my life. Not so much anymore.
Anyway, what I am now experiencing is a form of melancholy. Especially when I consciously observe my mind and keep it relaxed and still, that melancholy is felt in my chest. I am surprised, because no conscious thoughts or external events are triggering this. It's just a constant state of being. I know it comes from within. But not the conscious mind at least. Where does it come from? How is it happening?
