I fucked up badly, I know I made my bed now I have to lie in it. I already feel suicidal enough you can spare all the “you’re a shit person” trust me I get it.
I accidentally drove into a ditch in PA last summer and a guy pulled over seeing my struggling and told me he’d take me home. I was having an anxiety attack and I had open containers of alcohol in the car. He took me to my moms house and the police called my mom and asked who had been driving and she said me, so he asked if I could come to the station and answer questions and I said no because I was still panicking. He gave me 6 dockets for statutes like vehicle damage, not staying in a lane, alcohol restriction, driving while suspended (I didn’t know my license was suspended), investigation by police officers, carrying a license etc. no one was hurt including me, just my car.
No one in my family knew about the tickets because they were sent to my old address including the order of suspension. the tickets equal $1260 and I want to pay them and move on with my life, I’m guilty and feel like shit about the whole situation.
Then a week ago (Nov) I got my first DUI after getting in a car accident in DE (where I live) and the police didn’t take my ID, idk why because it was in my purse in the car? No one was hurt but I hit the corner of my car and it wouldn’t start. I arranged a DE lawyer for it
Yesterday the DMV told me my license was suspended for months because I hadn’t done anything about my 6 traffic dockets from PA, and I hadn’t known about it because they were all sent to my old address. I would have taken care of them right away if I had known.
I get it I’m a fuckup and literally want to kill myself. I can’t eat or sleep Im nauseous 24/7 and I feel like there’s no hope.

3 year old German Shephed
Could tell something was wrong yesterday evening as she was disinterested in everything and moving kindve slow. Took her to the vet and she was running a 105 fever. Ran x ray and blood work and said everything came back okay for the most part. Noticed some enzymes on the kidney they wanna keep an eye on. Gave some meds and said continue to monitor her and they will follow up. So far it’s been about 18 hours and she’s still been lazy and just resting which I’m sure is probably normal. Noticed some raspy breathing at times and drooling but I guess just tryna get some advice on anything I can be doing or if anyone has went through anything similar

I’ve never done anything like this: asking strangers for help. My 12 year old son is extremely medically complex. So complex they have some of the top doctors in the USA scratching their heads. I brought him to Boston from South Carolina for a second opinion and they immediately admitted him. Anyway, I am very fortunate to have good medical coverage for him and family support. I’m not sure what I’m asking. I don’t (or can’t) work bc I’m his full time care giver. I get SSI for him ($330/mo) along with child support (less than $1000 monthly). As you can imagine, this makes things difficult with keeping up monthly expenses, especially traveling, eating out, hotels, gas, etc.
I want to work. I miss working. I never thought I’d be in this position. My mom who is an amazing human, gives me money when she can- but I feel like I’m a constant burden. Maybe I’m looking for advice, or maybe I am asking for financial assistance so I can let my mom breathe for a moment.
The hospital has limited resources to help, as I’ve asked. They have given me $50 in gift cards which was wonderful, but did not last long.
I’m happy to provide any proof needed of my circumstances. Thanks for listening.
