So, in my past I did some really morally apprehensible things I feel ashamed of. Nothing illegal or involving harming another person, but not your typical run-of-the-mill moral mistake. The type of thing at least 99% would universally agree is irredeemable. I told my friend group of 6 years about what I had done and, naturally, they cut contact, so that should give you some perspective as to how bad what I have done was. The ones I did not tell I just cut contact with myself because I know that if they knew what I did, they wouldn't want to be my friend and would feel disgusted that they ever were, and they're totally right to. But naturally this puts me in a pretty unhealthy position. I'm not morally allowed to associate with other people, which is gonna effect me pretty severely bc it's not very healthy for a person to go without having friends their entire life. It's been a few weeks since I left everyone and I feel ridiculously lonely, but I also feel like I just morally can't make friends, I'd be using them if I did since I know they wouldn't want this. I don't know, I probably just have to live my life alone but maybe someone can provide another perspective on this. It feels pretty hopeless at the moment.

Grandmother is visiting for Thanksgiving, she said she had a migraine last night and my stepdad gave her some medication for it, she said it went away. Apparently it didn't and about a half hour ago she started screaming in pain in the bathroom, her head hurts. It's the base of the skull around/beneath the inion to the brain stem I guess, all the back of the head and no temples. She said it's where she fell and hit 3 years ago, and she says it's been coming back every so often.
An ice pack hasn't worked, neither has OTC painkillers. She has a tendency to sleep with her neck at a sharp slant, extended and bent the whole way down as it is propped up by a pillow, but if it were muscle pain it would affect the neck more?
Worried bc no one else including my grandmother seems to think it's bad enough to go to the ER, but she's also sobbing with pain. She thinks it's just a bad migraine and refuses to listen to any of our suggestions, my mother is so upset that is has cycled back to rage and she has entered my IDGAF era, and my stepdad has just given up apparently.
My mother is insisting she sees a doctor about this but I'm worried if she's actively dying or not.
82F, history of diabetes and colon issues but nothing neurological that I know of. Doesn't drink but had like an ounce of beer today.

Bf &l were supposed to spend thanksgiving with his family. We were in the car about to start driving when he pulls out a white claw to drink at 11am. I'm pregnant and in my 3rd trimester. I give him a weird look. He says he can't do anything without me getting upset. Thanksgiving plans are cancelled because he's upset. His mom doesn't know we're not going and we have the turkey that she's supposed to make. I'm so tired mentally and physically that I just don't know what to do anymore. He says it’s just a small can so it’s not a big deal if he drinks and drives. I am so emotionally drained. Am I wrong?
