About seven months ago, I broke up with my ex, who manipulated and gaslighted me throughout our relationship. He frequently borrowed money he never repaid, and since we bought a house together, I couldn’t just block him—we needed to resolve the house issue first.
He’s an immigrant in my country, and during the relationship, I agreed to sponsor his visa. He handled most of the process, and I signed the documents. At the time, he couldn’t work, and I felt obligated to help, even though I couldn’t sustain supporting both of us on my part-time job.
After the breakup, he resorted to threats and manipulation, oscillating between trying to win me back and threatening lawsuits or tracking me down. He also refused to cooperate on the house, even though I’m paying half the mortgage while he lives there.
On my lawyer’s advice, I canceled the sponsorship. This revoked his visa and right to work. Unfortunately, my country has since frozen new visa applications, leaving him in serious trouble and potentially facing deportation. When he found out about the sponsorship cancellation, he blocked all progress on resolving the house issue.
Now, he’s threatening to stop paying joint loans to ruin me financially unless I reinstate the sponsorship. I refuse to do so, as it would give him more power to manipulate and threaten me.
This situation has drained me emotionally and financially. My lawyer has been incredibly supportive, but I don’t know how much longer I can manage.
Was I wrong to cancel the sponsorship? How long might it take to resolve this in court? It seems the only solution is to force the sale of the house

We bought a house less than 5 months ago. The house was under contract with someone else and then they pulled out because of "water in the crawl space". We decide to Get a thorough inspection to cover our bases. The realtor listing the house told our realtor that the water issue was "very small" and not a huge repair. When our inspector came he said the crawlspace was dry, a little mold but no active water leaks. He said that our house had virtually no problems. He did say the sub pump was malfunctioning but that it wasn't urgent. So we decided to buy the house and replace the sub pump in the fall (we purchased in the summer). Just when we were about to do all of this stuff we noticed our floors were wet. A hidden leak was discovered in our kitchen with black mold, the whole Nine yards etc. They also found significant wood rot and mold in the crawlspace. The insurance adjuster said it looked like it had been there a long time. The pictures that the inspector gave us were so Out of focus and circling the smallest area. I contacted him and he told me it "wasn't his problem". So I let it go because insurance was covering it and I figured I couldn't do anything because he had mentioned the sub pump. Well fast forward to a couple of days ago. We have been trying to dry out the house for two weeks. They said the water was spreading to other areas of the home (bathroom and hallway) and the crawl space was wet again. The plumbers who replaced our kitchen sink line inspected the rest of pipes. The pipes were quite literally so corroded that somebody duct taped them together in multiple places all over under our crawl space. The plumber Said if he were to remove any of it the lines would fall apart because they are so Disintegrated. Not only This but there was evidence that these pipes had been leaking for a long time because of the amount of Corrosion.
It has been deemed that this is the cause of our significant water damage that is now totaling close to $50,000. We had to file a second claim but my concern is that the pipes will be viewed as negligence even though we had the home inspected, had no mention of all of the pipes in the home Being duct taped to hold them together. Not to mention we have had an inspector, two plumbers, mitigation AND an insurance adjuster in the crawl space. Not one mentioned the duct taped pipes until now. If insurance will not cover, was the inspector negligent? Would the seller and/or the listing realtor have known about the pipes? We are contacting an attorney but I know it His hard to sue an inspector. I'm hoping someone has a similar experience.

I live in a desert with cold winters. The backs of my hands start to get cracked if I don't protect them, but I really don't like most lotions and I definitely don't like the feeling/idea of putting it on my palms and then touching things. Usually I just the lotion on the backs of my hands but if anyone has found a hand lotion they really like I'd be interested to try it and see if I can find something I like that doesn't make my hands feel weird. Yes my mental health is pretty good, I have some quirks but mostly I feel fine in my life.

For the love of God, please let us extend uploads with v3.5 again.
Since v4 I've tossed hundreds of credits on extensions to my uploaded tracks that sound abysmal. V4 almost always fumbles the melodies or riffs from the original clip, and the majority of the time produces 3 minutes of some unrelated genre slop regardless of the prompts. Exclude prompts are liable to specifically include whatever you punch in. We all know about the shimmering and high-frequency nonsense in every single track. I've been thumbing and replacing and nothing's improving.
I first bought membership earlier this month. After uploading some of my own clips I was impressed with the potential Suno could bring to my songwriting process. Was every 3.5 gen perfect? No, but there were banger ideas for inspiration sprinkled in every now and then, and the production quality was usually solid to great. The AI would do a pretty good job mimicking my instrumentation and tone, and grabbing the defining melodies or riffs from my clips. This experience is what I paid for.
