Agora minha mãe me cobra coisas que nunca me direcionou. Me compara com o filho dos outros o tempo tempo. Já me chamou de vagabundo e quase disse que não sou um homem de verdade. Falou que mulher nenhuma me quer porque eu não corro atrás das coisas.
Estou há uns meses desempregado e sendo sustentado por ela e pelo meu padrasto.
Às vezes eu só existo. Eu subo de vez em quando na laje pra chorar. Eu quase não estou aguentando mais. Fui esses dias no posto de saúde buscar um psicólogo. Mas disseram que estavam de férias.
Eu só tô aguentando a vida. Mas está foda.

I have been baking my own bread for about 10 years now and have always used Fleischmans instant yeast since I dont have to do the water soak i can just mix it right in.
I just got a bread machine because with 2 babies time is much shorter now than it used to be. Its a Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso Plus Breadmaker BB-PDC20.
I have made a couple of loaves so far with the Zojirushi using the 2.25 tea spoons packets that my yeast comes in but I need to scale up my recipes to use the full capacity of the bread machine so my recipes will use like 2.5-2.75 tea spoons.
I dont want to risk wasting yeast as I have in the past by putting a opened yeast packet back in the fridge so I was looking at getting a jar of yeast instead but saw there were so many different brands out there.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated! TIA!

Hi all, hopefully this is okay to post here.
I stopped taking ADHD meds (Vyvanse) end of March this year as it just wasn’t sitting right with me. I tried Concerta beforehand which was fine except I was allergic to something in it and had to stop taking it. Whilst on the meds I had insomnia issues, but they were largely manageable and responded to OTC sleeping meds.
When I came off Vyvanse I tapered down over week and weeks, and had a month or so of severe insomnia which I figured was just withdrawal form it. Things settled for a few months until…the insomnia returned.
It’s gradually gotten worse and worse over the past 6 months and it’s debilitating. Totally treatment resistant - not even prescribed sleeping meds or benzos touch it. Whole nights without sleep sometimes 3-4 nights a week, even if I’ve only had a few hours. Done intensive therapy, tried melatonin…CBD…giving up all caffeine etc…literally everything. Next step is neurology.
I’m NOT looking for medical advise or trying to fear monger, but it seems too weird a coincidence for the ADHD meds not to be related to this. I’m just wondering if anyone here has ever experienced this?
I just feel very very alone in it. Thanks all.

Today it has been one of the craziest days of my life, I woke up and everything went normal as every other day, the real deal started like at 5 pm, when I started to feel I bit shaky, anything concerning, I just felt some weird sensations in my body, but after a while in a lapse of 30 minutes they started getting stronger, just as if I had electrical currents flowing through me and a great feeling of depersonalization started appearing it was as if I was losing control of my thoughts and my sensations.
I am an atheist, but for some strange reason in that state, I had a huge urge to go to church, and I decided to go. I was a little bit scared of the sensations and the depersonalization, but because of some strange reason my will to go to church was 100% percent. As I was approaching the church, which was 40 minutes away from my home, I started feeling more the sensations, and I was starting to panic a bit and getting super concerned, this had been the first time something like this happened to me, and I was also worried that I would encounter someone I knew, because I don't want anyone to think I am doing drugs or anything, which is not true.
when I arrived to the church I thought I was going to explode, I was feeling every part of my body at once and the energetic sensations now felt like being connected to a motor. And when I entered and sat on one of the many benches of the church, and felt the religious ambience, all the sensation and vibrations I felt, became accompanied by a feeling of bliss, that I can't compere to anything in the world, not sex, not food, just on an other level, then I just became a vegetable, just being in the bliss of the present moment, no thoughts, no plans, no past life for what I think it was less than an hour, I was just melted with the present, my peraonality was erased, and everything I felt was God and the divine.
Things started to "normalize" after an hour when the mass started at 7:30 pm, which was to my surprise the start of the advent mass, of which I had no idea, the preparation to receiving Jesus Christ on Christmas, then I intuited that maybe what happened to me, was to prepare and making sure that I receive god and Jesus in my life, it was a big coincidence or does it mean something? what I now for sure is that the divine is going to play a role in my life form now on, because when I was in that state, maybe I didn't understand if god existed ot not, for me that was the least important question, being the most important that everybody doesn't matter if atheist or Christian needs to take Jesus acts as example of a life we need to learn from. Mercy, empathy, sacrifice for others. I think we need to believe on this three for having good conscience, and this three are the ones that if you use for the rest of your life, you will have no regrets. And I think that is a life well lived. I life well deserved for paradise.
