Also got tons of other pokeballs and a couple lower end masterballs. Recycled them back into more money for chasing eeveelutions though. Sorry for the old terriblbly scratched toploaders and bad light, but trust me, the pics do no justice. And I'm now a firm believer that the sticker blisters have the best hits. My etbs didnt have much, but Vaporeon came 5 packs into the 9 total i had from the tech sticker blisters. Also managed to pull regular and reverses of every eeveelution, which was cool to me. And bonus, grabbed the one lone booster bundle, shrouded fable, from target ( literally the single pokemon product left in the store today) and pulled the IR Persian! People for real sleep on shrouded fable for the pull rates!

2025.01.18 02:03 new2accnt New Targus Thunderbolt dock for my MacBook Air M3
After previous docking setups I was using started exhibiting issues, I finally caved in and bought myself a TB dock to make sure I would not lose the external display when waking up my MBA M3 or see random "disconnections" (*) when working.
Since I can't afford a costly CalDigit dock and because we use Targus docks at the office (devices that use DisplayLink via USB), I checked to see if they had any TB docks. They do; I bought a DOCK215 that uses TB3.
I removed all traces of DisplayLink manager I had installed previously to make sure it would not get in the way. Had a bit of trouble to get the external display working, it only got working when I unplugged & replugged it. Go figure.
Anyway, despite System Report telling me there is a 40Gb/s connection on bus "Thunderbolt/USB4.0", I've noticed that the dock's built-in audio I/O and its NIC are USB devices.
Since this is the first ever TB dock I have ever used, I'm not sure if this is normal or if it's a sign of badly recognised/configured hardware. So, is it OK or is there a problem with my dock?

(*) I would briefly lose my external display, external drive and even my mouse; my MBA would complain of sudden disconnection of the drive without dismounting it.

2025.01.18 02:03 dripples69 Tidradio TD-H3 Issue
So I got a Tidradio TD-H3 yesterday, got it all programmed, and started loving it! Everything worked great. Took it to work the next day, had it on scan listening to whatever came on, and it suddenly went quite. NOAA wouldn't come in or anything. Fast forward... I go home, reset it and reprogram it multiple times, changed antennas, left the battery out for awhile, and it absolutely will not transmit to any repeaters. It will pickup channels and frequencies fine for awhile, then goes quite and act like its got a CTCSS tone set. Lights up like its receiving, but dead silent. Tried installing the nicsure firmware, all the same issues are present. Any advice other than to return it?

It's 4:00 AM; I’m at Kollam railway station waiting for my rescheduled train, so I'm trying to catch some sleep amidst the chaos of railway announcements (already annoying enough). And then, out of nowhere, a group of Ayyappa devotees decides it’s the perfect time to light lamps and chant loudly on the platform.
Not for a few minutes but for almost a freaking hour! Seriously, who does that? People were sleeping and these guys had zero regard for anyone else’s comfort. It was pure chaos—loud chants mixed with those annoying railway announcements. Thinking about it still gives me PTSD.
How is this okay? Why is it so hard to practice your devotion without disturbing others? It’s a public space, not your temple or festival ground.

I had a permanent crown placed today and now I can't floss between the neighboring tooth and the tooth in front of it. For example, let's say the teeth are named A-B-C. I had a crown placed on C, but now it seems my teeth have shifted and I can't floss between tooth A and B.
I'll call my dentist on Monday but just wanted to get thoughts on what could possibly happen. Is it possible to decrease the contact the crown has with the adjacent teeth? Would the crown have to be replaced? I assume it's not good to not be able to floss between tooth A and B...
