I've received this broken 500va 350w pure sinewave inverter ups and I've repaired it ( it was just a shorted ceramic capacitor on the power rail for the control ICs) and now it seams to work fine I can power things with it but It draws 3.6 amps with no load. It otherwise works fine but the no load current draw seams a little too high. Should I investigate it more or it is probabli fine ?

Hi, me and a my partner are starting a new business related to software engineering and devops (classic fullstack, AI, MLops, etc). We're currently trying to get our first clients and found these "lead generation tools" like phantom buster, linkedin sales navigator, etc.
My main question here is: are they worth for finding potential leads to work with? If so, what's your preference? We're looking for the one that brings more value for the price.
If they don't work (or they're not worth it), is there any recommendations you could give us to start getting our first projects? Apart from talking with everyone we know (done) and networking in different conferences. We're currently trying to know more people in the business field by going to local entepreneur events too.
For my previous experience as an employee, I know it's not easy to find clients (and even harder for good clients), but neither me or my partner have experience in sales or marketing, so any books or even youtube channels that you could recommend would be very helpful.
