 | These random wet spots keep coming up in my laundry room and would sometimes form tiny water bubbles. The walls are all dry and I can’t seem to find a potential water source. My apartment is newly renovated & used to be an old mill. Contractor was unable to install dryer vents so renters have to use some form of vent box. We have a mini split system, which the laundry room doesn’t have but it’s an open entrance to the room so moisture isn’t fully trapped. Hi there , Been awaiting 482 application since September ;the initial plan was that I would have surely gotten a grant by now but as the time passes by I am nearly eligible for my DE application and my employer is more than happy to go ahead with it. Will there be any impact on my initial 482 application if I lodge my DE and await 2 visas side by side? My agent has been saying that there is a big chance for 482 refusal but I can’t understand how as I have gotten advice from other lawyers and they don’t seem to think the same. Any advice?

From what I could gather, this is apparently part of a filmed version of Bitter Sweet by Noel Coward, as performed in theatres in 1930! It definitely seems like most of the sound is modern, but some is definitely authentic. Perhaps, the sound was lost, or perhaps, the film was silent and the older parts were taken from records made in the studeo.

Overall there is just a ton of dead parents in the Trails series. We only have characters on this list 8 characters that have both biological parents explicitly confirmed to be alive: Tita, Renne, Ellie, Tio, Gaius, Kurt, Juna, and Feri. If we include adopted parents Rean can be added to the list, which raises the number to 9. I guess it's just dangerous to be a parent in Zemuria.

So I’m currently with Admiral and in my 2nd year with them (I paid annually). I have just started a new job which will require me to drive after curfew a few weeks a night which will negatively impact my driving feedback score. At my next renewal I was looking to change insurance provider anyway and get rid of the black box. Therefore, if my score gets negatively effected, will this actually matter if I will no longer be with admiral next time I renew?
