I use a laptop for streaming only, i have another pc for gaming. Streaming specs Gtx 1660ti I7 10th
I use hevc for youtube normal stream 13000 bitrate, p7, full resolution and my gou usage goes 90 and cpu also around 30 So when i start vertical stream i use x264 and medium preset but then my cpu usage goes 80 and my gpu usage lowers to 50-70 as if i am not stream horizontally anymore. Does anyone use multistreaming can help me??

38F. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2024. I just got my MRI results back (waiting on images) and wanted to get some insight. All of my back pain has been on the lower LEFT side including piriformis muscle. Both the rheumatologist and pain management specialist suspect the SI joint. Pain started after my left hip surgery to repair labrum tears in March 2024.
IMPRESSION: 1. Findings suggestive of minimal right sacroiliitis. Normal le! sacroiliac joint. No osseous ankylosis release Narrative EXAMINATION: MRI PELVIS WITHOUT CONTRAST DATE/TIME: 1/18/2025 9:45 AM HISTORY: Sacroiliitis. COMPARISON: Hip x-rays on 11/27/2024. TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar multisequence MRI examination was performed without contrast.
FINDINGS: JOINTS: Sacroiliac joints and pubic symphysis are not widened. Mild irregularity with marrow edema along the right sacroiliac joint (image 20 series 6 and 7). The left sacroiliac joint is normal. No osseous ankylosis or effusions. Bilateral hips are congruent. No large chondral defects.
BONES: No fracture, osseous destruction or marrow placement. No osteonecrosis.
MUSCLES: Paraspinal muscle bulk is within normal limits. Symmetric piriformis muscles.
SOFT TISSUES: No pelvic free fluid or lymphadenopathy. Nodes pelvic mass. No hip effusions.
