M/33/5'7"/140 lbs
Since beginning of December I had testicular discomfort on my right side. It wasn't bad, so I didn't think much of it. After 4 weeks, it still did not go away. In fact, it started to be painful. It's not the testicle itself that's painful, but what I think is the Epididimys. The discomfort and pain would be more if I am sitting. I went to my primary care doctor and he prescribed me Ciprofloxacin, while I was waiting for an ultrasound appointment. I started taking the antibiotics this Tuesday. However, on Wednesday I experienced sharp pain in my wrist. Upon reading that Ciprofloxacin can cause tendonitis and tendon rupture, I stopped taking the antibiotics right away, because I have had serious tendonitis issues on that wrist before due to my sport (calisthenics). I can not effort to injure and harm my wrists because of that reason. I called the doctor and to ask for a substitute that is not a fluorchinolone, but he said there is none... I kind of don't believe that there is no substitution.
Either way. I got my ultrasound done on Wednesday and the report was sent to my primary care, who will discuss with me the upcoming Monday. However, I would like to have some opinions on what I could have. I screenshotted some of the ultra sound images. Please see the links below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. At this point I am very concerned because my father just died of cancer and I don't know what to do about the antibiotics. Thank you.

My boyfriend of over 6 years has always said he hates nightclubs and would never go to one. He has also never gotten drunk with me and always finds new excuses.
He went on a work night out. I told him he should have fun and stay out longer as he was going to come home at 11pm as he deserves to let loos and have fun. I asked him if he was going to a nightclub, which he states he wouldn’t be going to one. He said as the manager he was responsible for keeping an eye on all the lads (he always tells me about how animal like the men are that he works with. They are always objectifying women and he hates it) However he was still there after everyone left but some of the lads and one of his friends.
He then sends me a quick text that he is going to a nightclub at 3am because his friend was going. He has always hated nightclubs and getting drunk. I have never seen him drunk so I have no idea what he is like, all I have been told by him is that he went to town and got drunk once when he was single and got a bj. Obviously I was angry as he told me he would never go to a nightclub. It is the principle of what he says then clearly is easily influenced by his friends when he is drunk.
All I expected was a short phone call to say everything is fine and that he was sitting in the booths and talking to his friend - which he was but obviously I wasn’t aware of. He wanted picked up at 5:30 then decided straight after our argument, he wanted to come home. He got in the car and started saying I am horrible, hypocritical (I cheated on my ex when I was a teenager and never shown him any reason not to ever trust me) insecure and exactly like my mam (who brought me up in a toxic environment and I now have BPD because of trauma) I also find out one of the lads was trying to get him to go speak to another girl in the club.
AITA for started an argument and ‘ruining’ his night when all I expected for a short phone call so I knew he wasn’t too drunk and doing these things to just follow his friend?

I’m moving into a new rental in a few weeks. The whole interior of the floorplan with mostly dark hardwood with cool toned paint… but then the bathroom is this pink and beige. The tile on the floor I really do not love. I’m renting so no permanent changes and I am not permitted to paint. What can I do to make this homey?
My normal aesthetic is very warm and earth toned based. The bathroom in my current rental is very botanical, with mossy green rugs, a dark mushroom and forest themed shower curtain, and natural wood features. How do I translate that into something so pink and beige. Thank you in advance!

31F here.
I was a long term heavy drinker, suffered severe withdrawals and all those fun parts. For the last year I've been doing spaced out month long periods of abstaining from drinking because honestly, I abused myself a lot over the years.
The one hurdle I've always found is I have absolutely no energy for the first few weeks of not drinking. Laying in bed for a day or two dealing with withdrawal is fine, but I just have no energy at all once the worst of it is over. I'm not depressed. I try to do some home workouts and I have a dog I take outside pretty frequently for walks/play
I'm prone to anaemia, so I've been watching my iron intake. I'm also aware that alcohol depletes b12, but I'm still working out a solution for that because taking pills for it upsets my stomach.
If anyone has any relevant experience, I'd love to hear it.
