Pregnant and struggling. I think about him so much. He was so abusive mentally and even physically once. Would raise his hand just to scare me and raised his voice frequently. He used me in the end. I came across this line on the internet: "Who have I been praying to all this time?" and it really unsettled me. It made me question things I never thought about before, and I don’t know why it scares me so much.

Hallo zusammen,
Folgende Situation:
Wir haben einen Kunden, relativ guter Kunde. Die haben bei uns ein Zahlungsziel von 4% - 14 Tage. (Eh schon relativ hoch eigentlich…)
Das Zahlungsziel wird regelmäßig gerissen, so dass auch noch nach 18, 20 oder mehr Tagen Skonto gezogen wird.
Bei kleinen Beträgen (bis vielleicht 50.- oder so) ist mir das auch egal. Jetzt diskutieren wir aber gerade um ca 400.- die als Skonto abgezogen wurden.
Die Zahlung ging 1 Tag zu spät ein.
Ich fordere die 400.- nach, der Kunde kommt jetzt um die Ecke mit „können wir das nicht auf sich beruhen lassen…“
Bei kleineren Beträgen wäre mir das ja egal, aber 400.-…
Ich bräuchte ein Paar Argumente, die 400.- Nachforderung etwas untermauern, obwohl es „nur“ 1 tag überzogen ist…
Aber die machen das halt dauernd und es nervt. Pacta sunt servanda… usw.
Vielleicht habt ihr ein paar Tipps…
