The problem with proving stalking or harassment is that the individual actions might not seem that bad, except in extreme cases. Things can be said in a joking way, through a third party, etc.
The short background is that in early June a former friend told my daughter suddenly she never wanted to speak to her again, then proceeded to find every opportunity she could to follow her, get in her physical space, glare at her non-stop, talk about her to anyone who will listen, spread outrageous and paranoid rumors, follow her on social media via fake accounts, follow members of our family via fake accounts, she sent scary messages, made weird posts, and when my daughter expressed fear and asked her to stop, she responded by boasting online of her persistence as a hater. The school will not intervene, so we are going to the police now that we have discovered this person is attempting to work with my daughter this summer. Like if you hate someone, don't you try to avoid them? Why relentlessly seek them out? When will it stop? Will she try to transfer to my daughter's college?
I'm not sure what, if anything, will come from the police report. The most recent discovery, that she wants to work with my daughter, could be dismissed as, "She's allowed to work wherever she wants, maybe she just likes that place... It's a free country..."
I'm not sure if this should be included in the police report or not, since I'm not 100% sure if it was directed at my daughter. A good friend of my daughter's harasser posted a video of herself driving past the houses of people "who have wronged us and blasting clown music." Then immediately after, reposted a joke about killing someone who has done something wrong. Like I said, I have no way of knowing if she was referring to my daughter, but she is clearly describing harassing and threatening someone. It is concerning, but then people could say, "Oh that was just a JOKE, was not from the harasser, and had nothing to do with your daughter anyway..." I'm worried if we add this to the police complaint, it could backfire? At the same time, it could be directed at my daughter, and it does show the statement of mind of this friend group.

18m , height is around 5.85 ft , weight is 56, I'm not skinny , but I'm not bulky too ( my weight explains that🙄)
But my wrists and face is quite skinny , face not that much skinny but yes it's actually skinny
Parents don't Allow me to go to gym😭😭
My diet
In breakfast 1 paratha with sabji 1 glass of milk
In lunch , 2-3 paratha with vegetable ( mostly I eat 2 )
In evening i would say I eat around thrice a week chips/ namkeens , and around in 10 days any junk food
After that tea with some biscuits and rusk
In dinner , 3-4 chapatis with i bowl of pulses(daal)
After half glass of milk
Idk still why I'm not able to gain weight or muscles
And please give a brief plan

Started setting up my google tv stream** for retro emulation today. Installed latest 1.20 retroarch apk from the website, copied my retro collection on external SSD and off to the races. All works great until I decide to run an arcade game. I've just updated my FinalBurn Neo romset to latest the other day and tested it on RetroArch under Windows 10 with the latest FinalBurn Neo core. Works great. However on Android every game is met with the message "note that 7z archive support is disabled for your platform". Yes, the games are in 7z format which according to documentation is supported by FB Neo and apparently is working fine under Windows. Is it disabled only under Android and why? I also tried Mame Current core and there almost every game crashes RetroArch (which is 32 bit version, because Google TV/Android TV on the google devices is 32 bit).
So my question is: how do we play any recent arcade romset on Android with RetroArch?
