Our baby is a week old, my wife is getting “sundown scaries.” We’ve been splitting the night into shifts- I get four to six hours of sleep so she can get 8 or close to it, plus a nap during the day when she needs it- she has 2nd degree tears from the birth on top of normal healing, so she needs more sleep to heal). That means I go to bed at 8 and get up at 2. However, when I’m getting ready to go to bed, she starts crying and gets upset. She’s a good mom, super knowledgeable and capable. She won’t tell me what’s wrong or what I can do to help and just tells me to go to bed. She says she’s going to feel that way no matter what. I’ve been doing the chores (enough to get by) and we prepped a bunch of food so she doesn’t have to cook, do laundry, clean, etc. she can focus on healing, taking care of the baby, and whatever else she needs. I’m capable of taking care of our daughter on my own so we’re splitting the load pretty easily. She breast feeds and pumps, I feed with formula or stored breast milk. But I don’t know how to help her in the evenings, and I need to get at least a little sleep. Does anyone have any experience with sundown scaries? Anything I can do to help? Any suggestions?

Look to start a cycle but have not used any type sarms before. I have a pretty solid test base on 25 mg of enclo daily (might have more kids, which is why I’m not on trt yet). I responded great to enclo, total T went from 400-938 and I feel awesome. Been on it for about four months.
I’m 205 and looking to add bulk/mass and drop some belly fat. For those who have experience adding in a sarm, what would your recommendations be? I’ve done quite a bit of research on the three I have listed above, but there are wildly different opinions all over the place.
What is the best stack? Do you stack them at all? What dosing and how long should you cycle for?
I get that a lot of this is based on how your body responds, but I’m just looking for some personal experience.
I’m also curious if the form of the substance changes how it performs? Pills versus sublingual vs injections etc. I’m totally fine with needles, looking to have the best results.
I just started on mk 677 yesterday, i have it mixed at 25mg @ 1ml in a dropper.
Totally open to suggestions and recommendations.

2025.01.20 03:00 2160_Technic I quit, for now
I was able to hit Grandmaster II before the end of last season, and ever since the 7 division reset, my enjoyment of this game has gone down the drain.
I am so done with people not switching characters after going with a negative K/D the whole match, people running towards the objective when half their team is done, which means it takes even longer to reset, and the team is effectively getting steamrolled.
This game is just unbearable to play with randoms, when i play with even just one my friends who’s even a lower rank than i am, we have a solid 60-70% win percentage. But since we’re on different time zones, that’s not always possible.
The worst part is, the game knows who is competent and who isn’t, because every time I go on a losing streak, the game throws me a couple of easy matches so I don’t lose interest, and when I win more than 2 games in a row, I have to somehow prove I’m not the biggest fraud to be in Platinum by dealing with a teammate who should be in Arkham Asylum for how mentally lost they are, and still win.
It’s seriously taking a toll on my mental health, because I’m literally raging over a video game. I like competitive because it’s an extra challenge, but I’m not trying to have an unfair disadvantage for half of my damn games.
TLDR: Skill issue

I've upgraded to a 2tb 2242 drive wnd I'm now using 1.5TB out of 2TB and haven't even downloaded very much.. PC games are so big and each game is at least 100GB+ it's going to need a 4TB or 8TB SSD upgrade soon so i can play everything without having to download again and because I'm limited to 100mbps internet here i don't want to download everything every time I want to play... but I'm still trying to figure out where i can get an upgraded case to hold an 8TB Internal SSD

Every night, I (17F) exercise because it improves my mental health and makes me happy and healthy. Basically, I was exercising, and the way I do it is by doing push-ups and a bunch of other exercises. When I do push-ups, someone yells "up, down, up, down," and I can only go up when they say "up" and down when they say "down."
I have a little sister who is 14, and I was at 38 push-ups in this style. When you do push-ups like that, they're really hard your arms hurt because it's such an intense style of push-up. My sister came over and thought it would be cute and funny to push me, so I couldn't get to 40. I got mad and yelled at her. Normally, I would just push her back, but I decided not to.
Instead, I came up with a better idea. Every morning, my sister drinks hot chocolate. I took all the hot chocolate packets in the house and hid them so she couldn’t have any. When she realized the packets were missing, she started yelling at me. I told her, "If you won’t let me do my push-ups, you don’t get to have your hot chocolate." She just walked away after that. So was I in the wrong? You tell me.
