2025.01.20 10:38 Due_Average764 Worried about starting aqua therapy today
Trying aquatic therapy today based off of my PCP referring me cause they think its worth a try. Has anyone tried aquatic therapy before? I'm kinda worried about it because the way they PT center has been scheduled and set up seems counterintuitive for ME/CFS(They gave me a land assesment/some type of physical test but didnt followup afterwards at all to see if I had PEM, which Im still coming out of a crash from so I dont think they have any understanding of CFS limits work) It's setup like: PT assessment-> 5 aquatic sessions, each week 2 are scheduled-> PT reassessment-> another 5 aquatic sessions.
I'm still really bad at explaining ME/CFS to people who haven't heard of it before and I've only just started getting okay-ish at managing my energy use on my personal time (still am horrible at it/advocating for myself around other people) Anyone have tips on how to successfully communicate about ME/Cfs to PT people?

I am just getting started streaming Steam games on my Mac Studio. I thought it could be a relaxing hobby, but it's already driving me crazy because I don't know how to resolve my audio issues.
I am recording with an XLR mic running through a mixer into OBS and the game audio pulled in with a standard Audio Output Capture.
When I am actively recording, the mix sounds perfect, but when it posts to Youtube, it is way too quiet, even with my XLR mic volume maxed out in the audio mixer. I found a forum suggestion to apply a gain filter, but it didn't solve the problem because before I can even reach an acceptable volume, my mic levels are already peaking and clipping.
How can I broadcast my exact OBS mix to my youtube stream, or does that process automatically bring down the levels? And if it does, how can I possibly record audio people can hear without constantly clipping my voice track before it's even an acceptable volume?

I want to extract data from a function module in SAP and process it in Microsoft Fabric. However, even though I have successfully connected to SAP HANA, I cannot see the function module under the tables section. How can I resolve this issue?
Accessing the Function Module:
Do I need to call the SAP function module using Remote Function Call (RFC)? Does Microsoft Fabric support this type of integration directly, or do I need to use an intermediary layer (e.g., Azure Function, Logic Apps)?
Is there a feature in Microsoft Fabric’s SAP connector that supports RFC, or would you suggest an alternative solution?
