19M Tinnitus since Jan 2024, ear flutter in left ear when i bring speaker next to my ear and few episodes of TTS over the couple of ears.
So yesterday at night before sleeping i and my friend talked on the phone for ~40 mins. After I hung up I realised my ear is kind of feeling clogged/tensed up or pressure kinda feeling. I thought it's a mild ear fatigue and will get better by the time I wake up(today).
But well, I had too high expectations didn't I? It didn't go away (maybe a bit it did but I'm not sure as I'm hyperfocusing on it). I searched up reddit and stuff and it's all scary terms 'permanent' 'NIHL' etc etc
This clogged kinda feeling isn't really noticeable when I'm sitting in a quite place but when there's some sound. It's mild like I can ignore it if I want to but my OCD doesn't allow me to.
At this point I've accepted that suffering has no ends. What's even the point of living when you've to wake up with new fears everyday??

Hello all,
I am going into my second year of Electrical Engineering, and I see that like last year, one of my classes is either entirely online or on campus. Last year I had a friend in his third year of the Aerospace Engineering course tell me that getting your first preferences on the timetable allocations get easier as the years progress due to the subjects becoming more specialised towards your specific major, and therefore less people doing the same subjects as you.
I was wondering how true this is. Last year was a little stressful as everyone was doing the same foundation subjects.

I see a lot of people talking about Destiny 2 transplants coming into the game recently.
I, however, come from a much darker place: Overwatch 2.
Now, the games are nothing alike, but OW2 was the game I played after work when I needed to chill out or when I didn’t have a lot of time to game but I still wanted to play a few matches of something.
About a month ago I decided that I really needed to find another game to play, because OW2 is just… frustrating.
I had always heard about Warframe and I am a huge fan of anything sci-fi, plus it’s free, so I decided to give it a chance about a month ago.
It’s been an absolute blast. I am obsessed.
I’ve just been working my way through the story (I am about to start The War Within tomorrow!) and working on getting all the missions done on the map.
This game is exactly what I needed. For example, today I only had about an hour to play, so I just logged in and ran some missions to open relics. It was perfect.
I really love defense missions because all the loot dropping makes me happy.
Wisp is the frame I think will be my favorite. I can’t wait to try others, but she is perfect and I am working on getting her as my first prime right now as well.
It’s nice to browse the posts here and see people being pretty positive. That honestly has been the greatest change from OW2 where all the players hate the game, but won’t stop playing it.
I just wanted to express my joy and appreciation for this game as another new player!
OH I almost forgot that I also started to play the game because I know you can kiss some pretty cool looking characters later on. I’m not rushing for 1999 but I am definitely looking forward to getting there eventually. :)

Anybody else think her reaction to Walter giving her the musical cassettes was WILDLY defensive for something super specific like that? I know she sang a lot with Crystal, so I’m wondering if maybe she says something on behalf of her after they’re rescued and she gets publicly associated with it? Otherwise why would a member of the public knowing her interest in musicals be such a specific trigger for her?
Anybody have any theories what happened to her that we haven’t seen yet that would make her get her suspicions up that quickly from something so otherwise benign?

so for some background info, I'm F under 18 and i have absolutely no on-screen experience. i started with theatre so there's like two school theatre classes and another two tv acting classes credit on my resume from years ago... so basically im saying, i had no chance. i submitted to about 30 agencies the week winter break started (amateur mistake), and continued with 10 more each week after, so it was about 2 weeks before they actually started responding. because i had no demo reel, i taped 2 contrast monologues and sent private yt links. i got 36 views! with YouTube studio, i was able to see the stats: the whole vid was 3:25 and the average watch time was 26 secs. take that as u will. the results: 10 responses ( 7 rejections and 3 meetings requests) - agency 1: boutique with some known clients - agency 2: known and reputable agency in the country with booked clients - agency 3: local agency (the only one in my city) out of the 3, guess which two agents ghosted the day of the meeting lolll so agent 2 is the only one that showed up to the meeting and said they'd take me, develop me (again no credits) and signed me a week later. went in with the expectation of getting no responses bc ive seen many say that they've cold emailed 100+ (sometimes for years) with no response at all so this is def a blessing from God... all this to say, if you have no connections, use the resources you do have!!!
