2025.01.21 10:53 AnnualEquivalent798 How viable is spamming Dark Lances? I mean, REALLY spamming them
Basically the title, I'm super tempted to just field 3 squads of scourges, 3 squads of ravagers, voidraven bombers, a bunch of cronos, kabalites and venoms as cannon fodder, and lastly an archon with the conductor of torment enhancement all under the reapers wager detachment to get rerolls (or maybe skysplinter?).
I wouldnt say I'm even a decent 40k player as it's getting pretty tough to get a game win since i started playing them. i know, i know, i swear im trying to get good as well lol, people here have great advice I just dont have as much experience with 40k as a whole. My best experiences with drukhari have been using dark lances so im tempted to just say fuck it and throw as many DLs as i can at my opponent while throwing kabs to block primaries.
But on the other hand id have to invest in adding a few more boxes to my collection. So in the context of casual games, would this be at least reasonable or downright awful?

Más o menos 3/4 months ago, I started learning Spanish from cero absoluto. I started with 1on1 online teacher 3 times a week. Around 3 weeks ago, I discovered DS, and after a couple of days of 1.5h/day, I realised I made better progress than after 3 months with a private tutor. Sounds crazy, but it is true. Obviously, those lessons gave me a great kickstart, but learning grammar and memorising vocabulary is not for me. I feel like I'm back in school (I'm 35), and let me tell you... I don't want to go back there! :D
The reason I am starting to learn another language is the fact that this year I'm moving to Spain (Yayyy!) The original plan was to sign up for a language school straight away. The one you go to every day for ~4 hours. I just saw the interview that Pablo did with Alissa. American girl who got fluent thanks to DS. What she said about the language school in ES that she attended really got me thinking. She mentioned that after 3 weeks, she felt like she was regressing with her Spanish. That she had better grammar than other students, even though she didn't really study grammar. Plus, they (students) had to put much more thinking into talking, which is completely understandable.
What would you do if you were in my shoes? Would you sign up for the school? Mix with DS or just stick to DS and take your dog for a road trip exploring Spain with all the money saved from NOT attending school?

Bonjour la commu, j'ai besoin d'aide de la part des ''grands''( plus d'amis je dirais). Je m'entraîne depuis environ 3 ans, d'abord chez moi un peu n'importe comment je vous l'avoue, puis j'ai structuré et ensuite je me suis lancé en calisthenie. Le problème c'est que je suis grand, je fais 1m93 et je vous avoue que je me sens pas si à l'aise avec mon corps dans le sens où j'ai l'impression de rester une brindille. Même si ma copine me dis le contraire j'ai vachement de doutes que ça se voit que je m'entraîne: Des bras tout fin quand on les regarde de face, je taff les jambes(rare pour un streeteux) mais rien n'y fait j'ai l'impression de ne jamais prendre. J'ai pourtant des perfs respectable à mon goût. Ma question est la suivante est ce sue vous aussi vous êtes passé par là, qu'est ce que vous avez fait pour le régler et comment faire pour l'appliquer à mon tour. ( je le souligne je fait dans la calisthenie, donc pas de salle le plus souvent mais je peux éventuellement le faire pour régler des retards ou quoi que ce soit)

I’m hoping to delete all my social medias and just get out of the hamster wheel. But I don’t want to be uninformed. I feel like the news is just almost always leaning to one side or the other and I’m so tired of the bells and whistles on both sides of political parties.
Sooooo I’m on the hunt for a podcast so I can stay informed with what’s happening why it’s happening and when it’s happening without having to doomscroll. Or get a distorted viewpoint from the news. If anybody has some I would love recommendations.

Hi, we’re working with an SEM firm to help boost presence and they recommended implementing Google Tag Manager. One of the items that need to be tagged are buttons on a webpage, specifically buttons that lead to modal windows (popups). It was suggested that google tag manager cannot pickup clicks outside of the text area on a modal window button. This issue is not affecting buttons that are hyperlinked leading to pages, only modal popup buttons. Can anyone confirm this is correct and indeed a limitation? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
