4 out of 5 of my child's births were C-Sections. One emergency, the rest basically planned. My one son who did have a natural birth we thought we were going to lose, which I would've never thought possible. He too had a heart rate plummet several times. He came out quiet and the seconds waiting to hear his first cry was agonizing, not to mention the damn delivery nurse almost dropped him when they finally got him out.
The waiting in the room for the other births (C-Sections) you never get used to. I don't think anyone ever could. It is, no joke, at least 15-30 minutes all alone, dead quiet, no one around but your thoughts racing. It is without a doubt one of the top of my most stressful times in my life.
The emergency C-section was stressful not only during but after for about a month because my twins were born premature and had to be placed in the NICU for a good amount of time, hooked up to every piece of machinery it seemed. 13 years later and it still seems like it happened yesterday, and although it was nerve racking, I'm thankful that everything turned out alright for all of them as a result.
I hope anyone who is about to give birth that you have the safest, smoothest delivery and wish you the best. Be there for your SO every step of the way during this process because you are their rock in experiencing something as amazing as your child's birth.

It enhances her team fight damage, helps clear waves even better, and provides her with even more movement speed. Essence reaver does solve mana issues, but doesn't statik shiv do the same thing since she doesn't need to use Q on the wave with the statik proc?

I have been thinking about the orcs and the comments Tolkien made about them. It seems like he understood well the problem of the origin of the orcs. How can they be so numerous if they don’t reproduce? How can they be born evil if they do reproduce? Do orcish women just chill on the wastes of Mordor? (Or angband, or wherever) if elves are immortal then should orcs be as well? Do they lose their immortality through corruption?
I think it would be really cool if the original orcs that were turned by melkor, retained their immortality and went on to serve as leaders and agents within his forces. They could have bits of their essence harvested regularly to serve as the basis for more (but less hardy, and not immortal) orcs sidestepping the issue of physical reproduction. These orcs would be animate fragments of spirits that pass on and dissipate rather than being examined in Mandos.
How cool would it be for an orc commander to have fought in the first or second age? And have the accumulated trauma and malice of his own spirit being chipped away countless times over millennia?
I don’t know just a cool thought.

I have been taking 0.05 daily for a year, and it helped a lot within days . In fact, life was quite limited before I started it. I take water and salt tablets too. But I still get tachycardia sometimes and also when i am more active, like lifting things. So I decided to increase the dose to 0.1. It has been five days now on the new dose and I do not notice any improvement. Why wouldnt a higher dose make it even better? Any ideas? Thanks,
