Hi, I’ve been working on a Yale Value S safe using a tubular pick set. On Thursday, I successfully opened and locked it back in about 10 minutes. Then on Friday, I tried again for about half an hour but couldn’t get it to open. This morning, I even tried the original key, and it didn’t work either.
I noticed that two of the pins inside the tubular lock seem to have no tension—they feel loose and don’t spring back, unlike the others. Could these two pins be dummy pins, or are the springs behind them possibly broken? If they are dummy pins, do I just ignore them? And if they’re broken, how do I work around that? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi!
I have a job that's currently melting my brain, I am trying to add a glyph to the 'Oxanium Font' (it's all above board and open-source that's available under the SIL Open Font License (OFL))
I've been using Fontself (can't afford Glyphs haha) and have managed to do the basics, however, this is a retrospective change so the font in its current form is being used in 100's and 100's on components so once changed the font needs to stay exactly the same size.
The problem I'm having is that when I export it I don't actually know what the side bearings and cap heights of the original font are so having difficulty matching the exact same width. adjusting the kerning later still doesn't get the font as precisely accurate as I need it.
Just wondered if any experts out there had any advice or tackled the same issue?
I've also wondered if there are any ways I could just import the font to Fontself, but as it wasn't built in the app it wont let me, is there a work around for this?

I have made another post about a different part of my IA, I split my questions into two posts to make it simpler for the reader. Here, I am trying to find the surface area of revolution of a cup but I am not sure how to do this by hand it's quite a complicated integral, ideally I would solve it without technology because that would make my IA 10 times better as I will have engaged with the maths, you can see me at the bottom attempting to do that, if anyone knows if it is possible to do it by hand please let me know. Since I was not able to do it by hand I tried on the calculator but my calculator gave error and chat GPT said it was too complicated to solve, have I done something wrong in my simplification steps? Same applies as before, anyone who helps me I will love you forever.

I want to be a able to view a small cctv in my dorm when from outside. I can't use cloudfare because cloudfare free tier prohibits video streaming and paid plans do not accept my local currency.
