I got one from a trade from a random that no longer wanted it and put it on my stall for 7k, the original owner came up and started saying i was over charging her ghouls, that she put up for 1k, which i didnt even buy off her and then reported me? I feel like thats a reasonable price?
Funniest part is she was telling me that no one would buy it because it was too high and as soon as she said that, someone did.

Menus and the ingame map view are running fine. But when in a vehicle the game speed is reduced to 2 frames per second or even lower. When deleting the save file from my Xbox Series S and using a completely new one, it works again. Anyone ever experienced something like that? Is there a way to fix my save or am I just screwed?

2025.01.21 13:30 Big_Comfort_6754 Rant: "Flipped Classroom" is scam-ish and a horrible way of teaching and learning
I pay close to or over $5,000 for a course at my school, and I take lots of courses in computer science. For whatever reason, basically every first or second year computer science course has decided to use the "flipped classroom" system, which is such bullshit and a horrible way of teaching. Why am I paying you for me to teach myself online, then go to class and watch you pretend to care about us doing these "really important exercises in class!!!!" while the TAs do all the work and everybody but one kid is so lost? And they use that one kid as an example incessantly or call on him all the time as a sorta backhand "See? You CAN learn from the videos!!" while that kid is probably learning all the material some other way.
For one of my courses, we completed modular learning for Java online WHICH I HAD TO PAY A SEPARATE FEE FOR WHEN I'M ALREADY PAYING THOUSANDS, then in class we would do exercises that were all either WAY too easy or WAY too hard. Teacher would mostly just mumble something at the start of class, and his TAs would do all the work during class trying to help everyone confused out of their minds.
For another one, with 200 people in the class, all the at-home "learning" was done from videos that were recorded during COVID. These videos were basically how I would make a video if I was trying to make learning C++ as difficult as possible. From extremely heavy professor accents to breezing through everything and doing examples for 99% of the video and actually explaining concepts for 15 seconds, it was so difficult to learn. Then, in class, the professor just spoke for the entire period nonstop while the majority of the class didn't attend because it was so wasteful.
Why can't we just have a teacher explain concepts to us in person real time? Without that -- learning in real time -- you cannot ask questions in the moment when you need to at a particular point in the lecture! If I don't understand something while watching a 90 minute video lecture, I'm screwed!!!! The rest of the lecture typically makes no sense from that point, then I show up to class, and I'm assigned an exercise that I cannot complete because I don't understand the material, but since there's so much that I don't understand, asking questions then doesn't really work either. I cannot ask "Can you just explain the whole thing please?" because that would take an hour. Standard teaching is how every other major here does it and how it's done almost everywhere else in the world, but they use "flipped classroom" because it's easy and lazy and I don't think they genuinely care about teaching well.
