These women eventually get caught. I have been posted three times by the same small group of nuts in Boston. They get caught. They freak and doubt down on their lies, loser their jobs. etc. I know women who are on these groups and have no credit for a car or house. I know others who have nothing saved. They are losers. DO NOT SWEAT OVER IT.
These groups have lost credibility.
If you have the chance to look at who posts. They are all fat, bad jobs, or can not keep a guy so they cry about how guys suck.

My wife and I are in the process of buying a house in the US. We are in the country under H-1B.
While I don’t think we are the target audience of the new regime, I am wondering what happens if push comes to shove and we would loose our visa and had to leave the country.
Can you have assets like a house and potentially rent that out to someone without being allowed to work or live in the US?

I'm evaluating different systems and I'm getting very different processes and costs for mobile device credentials, i.e., being able to use your phone as a replacement for having to carry a key fob, which is preferable to many of our residents. I'm getting different stories and I'm hoping that some of you can help me get facts and to the bottom of this.
(A) No reissuance. Every phone has a $20-25 credential cost and every time a new device replaces an old device, a new credential must be purchased at that same cost. This can be expensive when you've got residents who have these annual upgrade plans to replace all their phones and it will cost $100 for a family of four. Retire a lost phone, add phones or mobile devices, the costs add up and they are not insignificant.

(B) Reissuance. A total number of credentials can be purchased, e.g., 500 devices. Each time a device is retired, credentials can be removed and reissued. The only negative here is if you are paying for a larger package of devices which you don't use, e.g., 1000 devices but only using 200 and phones are rarely replaced.

Hello all, long time GM here for DnD 5e, as well as WoD, Rogue Trader and other games. Managed to convince my regular playgroup to give Pathfinder a try with Rise of the Runelords as our first stable into the setting. In people's opinions should we stick with 1e as written, or give a shot with the 2e remaster? The one hesitating indicator I'm getting from my players is convern about a more complicated/mathy ruleset, though running it online im hoping it should be easier to work through in that regard. I have read through the 2e rulebooks, and I'm familiar with DnD 3.5 though have never touched PF1e personally. Thanks, i appreciate the help!
