 | I recently had my well water tested and received both the lab results and an estimate for water treatment options. Currently my setup is 5 micron filter + UV light. The sample was taken prior to the filter and UV light. I'm looking for advice on whether the suggested treatments are necessary or if there are better, more cost-effective solutions. Here's some context: The pH is slightly acidic, the manganese is high, minor issues with iron and there are bad issues with hardness. • Recommendations from the Estimate: The company suggests installing an acid neutralizer to correct the pH, a water softener for the manganese and hardness, and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. The total estimate is $8,508, including installation. • Household Info: We are a household of 3 I've attached the lab report and estimate for reference. I'd really appreciate input from anyone who has dealt with similar issues or knows about water treatment systems. Are these recommendations reasonable? 2025.01.22 00:06 Sirdax7 let’s assume Andrew’s did catch it on the two point conversion, so the game is tied at 27-27, and the Bills don’t score in the next two minutes, so the game goes to OT, who do you think would’ve come out on top?
Everyone’s flaming Andrew’s, acting as if the catch would’ve won them the game but it would’ve tied it. Of course he should’ve caught it but that’s for a different discussion. I think the Ravens would’ve come out on top. It was an away game, yet under pressure they got that touchdown when down by 8 in what like 3-4 minutes? If Andrew’s had caught it they would’ve had all the momentum needed, and I think Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry would’ve helped the ravens pull through, Josh Allen was having a really good game but if the ravens could’ve gotten in quick and scored first then they wouldn’t have had to deal with Allen at all, and I think the ravens offense was playing better than the Bills defense. This post got taken down in the nfl subreddit so I’ll try here.

Minha família sulista nunca me deu suporte para vir visitar a minha mãe, segundo eles, ela nos abandonou. Decidi vir pra RJ e Chegando essa temporada de fim de ano para passar com ela descobri o real motivo de eles terem me (“poupado desse infortúnio que seria vir pra cá com a minha mãe porque ela é pobre e mora de favor e não teria de condições de me proporcionar nada do que tenho lá em minha cidade”) - agora que estou aqui vendo a situação de perto, ouvindo 24 anos de história atrasada, ouvindo relatos da minha família quando todos estavam juntos, descobri que meu pai é um merda, que minha vó é uma maluca sem coração. E que a minha mãe que era a louca de pedra, na realidade é a mais lúcida e heróica. - dito isto - gostaria de dizer que não sinto um grande carinho por ela ( apesar dessa reparação histórica) e o pouco que restava do meu carinho por meu pai está desvanecendo. Já a muito não sinto falta de nenhum deles, apesar de racionalmente admirar o que fizeram por mim por todos esses anos.

Are folks aware of a proposed zoning change for 6107 Southside Drive and 101 – 111 Steedly Drive (corner of Southside Dr and Steedly Dr). The property is located in District 25, right across from us in District 21.
The proposal is to change the zoning from a commercial zoning (c-2) to the most intensive industrial zoning (M-3). The applicant proposes to build a 158,084 square foot manufacturing building in which painting will occur requiring a dust collection system. The case will be presented to the Metro Council Planning and Zoning Committee at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21 and will likely be presented to the full Metro Council the following week on January 30.
The staff report at a hearing held in November claimed that there were no nearby schools (untrue - Southside Christian Childcare and Pre-school is located at 5804 Southside Drive, directly across from the property proposed for rezoning) and that nearby property were not residential (also untrue - the properties located at 513 and 515 Steedly Drive are used as convents. Catholic nuns occupy these two residences.). Hello! I just paid for the premium version of LSAT Lab and I am curious about which study plan I should choose. My diagnostic score was a 157 and I plan on taking the June 4th LSAT and then again in August, if necessary. Should I jump into the 155 to 170 study plan or opt for the comprehensive one (either per level or per topic)?
Appreciate any advice!
