My life completely changed in August 2024 when i had the onset of tinnitus which was really mild in the beginning. Kept increasing every single week and got extremely worse by November, have around 4-5 tones in my head 24/7 right now. Along with T, I developed visual snow two months after the onset of tinnitus which is getting worse as well. Currently suffer with tinnitus, reactivity, dysacusis, hyperacusis(improved a little) and visual snow. With VSS, it has been very difficult to watch tv due to static which is extremely worse at night. Also have bfep, floaters and bad night vision. Have been on a disability leave from work for almost 5 months now and I don’t see how i can get back to my previous life. T screams so bad during the night i just don’t know how much energy i have in me to survive. I cry almost everyday in my sleep, im 32 and i don’t really see a future anymore. Been to various ENT’s, neurologists and neuro ophthalmologist’s but no one has a clue that’s going on. All the scans and tests came out normal, they have me to do another MRI since it’s been 3 months since the last one. Tried various medications but nothing works for these awful conditions. I want to live for my wife and parents but I don’t see how long i can keep doing this. Was leading a normal life before this, regularly play tennis, a job in IT and travel to various countries. I feel kinda offensive when a therapist or medical professionals suggest things like mindfulness and yoga, only people with severe T and VSS know how hard it is to survive every single moment. I’m sorry for a depressing post, just want to know if there is any hope or is this it.

At this point, isn’t it just having ChatGPT write fan fiction so a recruiter or hiring manager might skim it for a couple seconds?
I’ve talked to a few recruiters and looked up some guides on LinkedIn and the closest I’ve gotten to a straight answer is “ehhh sometimes it’s nice to show you care more than other candidates” but isn’t that what the resume, projects, interviewing skills, pay grade, etc for???
For context, I have a bachelors degree and have only done B2B software sales and account management in the United States so maybe the rest of the corporate/white collar world is very different lol.
What’s stopping more companies for just asking for a resume and some sort of technical assessment/test?

So I'm (F22) really struggling at the moment. I was dating a guy (M23) for 4-5 months, in a relationship for two. Truly on paper he is everything I could've asked for, we were extremely similar. We met on Hinge and from the first date there was an instant attraction and like for one another which only grew throughout our first few dates. We had so much in common, same outlook on life, he was gentle and attentive and treated me like the only girl in the world.
After a few dates I began to sporadically feel this 'off' feeling. It's hard to describe but sometimes I'd feel on top of the world and other times I'd feel unsure and almost not interested in him? I found this really distressing and initially couldn't pin point where it was coming from.
Eventually I realised he had a few communication habits I struggled with - he was an extrovert, while I was an introvert, so he would speak quite a lot, conversations were a lot of him 'storytelling', often about himself, and me listening rather than back and forth conversation or intellectualising. When I did speak, rather than asking questions, he would often bring up anecdotes about his own life. So I didn't always feel listened to.
I did bring this up to him, specifically the turning conversations onto himself, and he listened, was apologetic and said he would work on it, which I could tell he was and I appreciated that.
As the weeks went on, I could tell he was trying and things did improve but that 'off' feeling would still come and go. We had some amazing dates where I couldn't have felt better about him, but other times, perhaps when it was just one on one time, I had moments of doubt. In the last three weeks of the relationship my gut was screaming at me that something wasn't right, to the point it was really impacting my mental health. So I ended it, and it was incredibly painful for the both of us.
It's been a little over a month now since we've broken up and I'm almost overthinking just as much as when I was in the relationship. Sometimes I feel like I did the right thing, but other times I miss him so much and wonder could it have been different? Was I too critical of him? Should I have given it more time?
In those moments where I feel I did the right thing, I often feel as though he liked the idea of me. He asked me to be his girlfriend after 3-4 weeks and I said no because it felt too quick. He would talk a lot about how he liked that I was ambitious like him and my appearance. Coupled with the conversation dynamic (before I brought him up on it) it felt like he knew I ticked all his boxes so didn't feel like he needed to find out anymore, about me as an actual person?
For me too he was my first boyfriend, so I wonder if I too was holding onto an idea? I don't know how well we actually 'clicked' as people? But then again I don't know if I'm overthinking it. I don't think I ever allowed myself to truly relax into the relationship because I was questioning his traits and my feelings towards them.
It's just a mess. It feels like he is my person and I keep thinking that we'll reunite perhaps when he matures? I'm finding this break up tough and I don't understand what went wrong, why I felt the way I did. He was so lovely to me, ticked all my boxes, yet something felt off? Is there something wrong with me?

I'm really hoping someone can help! Driving me nuts
I have a MDA with a custom page that's been fine for months. Just needed to make a change to it this week. But when I do, the 3 components I have from the creators kit disappear from the page. The strange thing is, it's fine in the development environment. But then I deploy to testing (through pipelines) it's missing the components. It's always worked fine in testing in the past.
If I roll the custom page back to the last time I edited it (May) and deploy the solution, it's fine, and works in both environments. But if I change anything (tried just adding a full stop to a label), push to testing and the three components (Icon, Command Bar, Details List) are missing again.
I thought it was the new analysis engine, but I've made sure it's off. I've also updated the creators kit solution in case it was that.
Has anyone got any clues?
