2025.01.22 01:00 cbwb My teledoc practitioner, a DO from NJ, prescribed Paxlovid (covid) and Flonase yesterday, but the drug info says not to take them together. Is it ok to take Flonase for 10 days while on Paxlovid for the first 5?
F62, 155lbs, white. no smoke, no drugs, no drink. only vitamins, cholesterol could be better but no meds.
I got Paxlovid due to being in my 60's and officially overweight. No other health issues except for episodes of PAC's a few years ago which seem to have resolved.
I have been constantly blowing my nose, sneezing and having nasal congestion with this round of covid ( plus fever). At this moment one side is blocked. This is day 2 of paxlovid. The Dr also sent in a script for Flonase . He said it would help me not to get a sinus infection out of this and may have said something else about the inflammation. I like the idea even though I'm not used to nasal sprays and may not use it right.
The packaging says there is a drug interaction between ritonavir + fluticasone. I know the problem is that flonase is a steroid and the ritonavir causes you to not clear the steroid as fast. Is this something to worry about doing 1 spray Q12 per nostril of otc flonase?
Oddly, this evening I realized my sense of smell is very very dimished, if not gone, but my taste is intact. I'm assuming that's from the abuse of my nose the past couple of days. Could it be the flonase causing it?
Is it advisable to use the Flonase or is it a bad idea? Thanks for your advice.

I know you said I didn't do anything wrong. That you were sorry for the pain and wish you could take it all away, but you couldn't be the partner you wanted to be for me. Love wasn't enough to heal your internal battles. Much less at the cost of my health. You said you wanted to give me the world but felt like your depression was holding you from being that partner. So as a testament of your love for me, you said you had to let me go and stay away.
But I think it is selfish. To hurt me so much when all I wanted to do was support and love you. Perhaps I am also selfish to say I only want you.

FINDINGS: real time ultrasound in right upper leg was performed. Possible lymph node in region of prior palpable abnormality measuring 1.5-x0.5x 1cm. Topical abnormality not definitely demonstrated.
IMPRESSION: Lymph node as above. Palpable Abnormality otherwise not demonstrated . Follow-up as warranted clinically.
I’ve had a little pain in my upper right inner thigh, comes and goes. I found a small lump and it went away so i asked for imaging. These are my results. Can anyone ease my mind? Thank you!

Hace poco decidi moverme con un "amigo" que conozco desde hace media decada en el que acordamos vivir juntos. El dijo que lo esperara el 15 de Enero, se le pago el 9 de Enero pero desde el 14 no me ha escrito. Le he devuelto los mensajes el 18 ya que por estar incomunicado (celular estropeado) no he podido regresarle los mensajes. Ahora quiero comunicarme con el respecto al tema e ignora todos mis mensajes. Incluso le dije que "No me interesaba si ya habia conseguido a alguien mas o el dinero, solo queria hablar" y el solo me contesto "que quieres entonces". Nunca me movi con el hasta dia de hoy. Entiendo que la renta empiece a correr desde el 15 (o si el quiere el 9, aunque el fisicamente ni estaba en Tegus), eso no me molesta, me sorprende que no me quiera hablar o si considera irrespetuoso que aun no me haya movido (lo cual me parece una ultrapendejada porque ya esta pagado bruh). Siento que se quiere quedar con el dinero, todo fue por texto de messenger, pero me gustaria saber como puedo proceder legalmente en caso de que no me quiera regresar el dinero y me siga ignorando solo para decirme el 15 "tu renta ya se acabo". Tengo prueba de los mensajes y la transferencia y me gustaria saber si es denunciable o si ya me cague. (en estados unidos existe algo llamado "contrato oral o contrato textual (de sms pues)", no se muy bien si eso existe aqui,)
