2025.01.22 01:07 qHercules getting screwed over YET AGAIN
My red card expires in 4 months and I still haven’t been trained properly, I have no access to the final classes, I barely fill when my RXM is there because she wants me at drive thru ONLY or making immunization calls, I have no workbooks provided like I was promised in April. I had to request the Front End Cert myself on LTMP and then breezed through that only to be stuck waiting to be assigned to classes. My RXM and SM both say they have no info on classes. So I took a deep dive and talked to HR asking what I can do. They said to search PTCB on StoreNet quick links and request to be registered for the upcoming classes, that RXMs were told of this weeks ago.
Mine didn’t tell me shit. So I requested it myself and now I’m told I have to do the classes at work and I need to see my SM tomorrow to discuss how because she doesn’t have enough hours for me.
What the fuck am I supposed to do at this point. It’s like they’ve been dragging their feet to help me get certified at all despite that being the whole damn point of working here. That’s why I was signed on as a DH!

Basically the title but here's more context for those who want it:
I've been playing the same Conn-brand student alto saxophone for 15 and half years. I got it from my uncle when I was 6 years old, and he played it when he was a kid. I've also played 2 other saxophones that weren't mine.
One was a cheap student alto saxophone a friend was looking to get rid of. I hated the way the keys were placed, and it was extremely uncomfortable to play. This was less than a year ago.
The other was many years ago when an old mentor of mine let me use his professional alto when I didn't have mine for a while. It was so freaking awesome. The keys were so smooth and responsive. People have told me I am crazy and the keys on my student sax will be just as responsive if I get it looked at by a pro. But I've had my alto looked at before and it's just not the same. I would ask him what sax he had but I'm not in contact with him anymore.
At that time I was using the basic mouthpiece that probably came with the saxophone I had, but after that period where I didn't have my sax, my mentor gave me his C star for my alto. A few months ago a friend gifted me a Jumbo Java that I really enjoy.
But I really want to upgrade to another alto sax. I just don't know anything about what makes one alto different from any other alto really. I want some recommendations but more importantly I want to know how to figure out what I want. What to look for what to avoid, what makes different models different.

I don't have Twitter, and I don't want to give any traffic or encourage traffic to a site that is going to fucking openly support Nazis. Ignoring political issues, Bluesky has far better usability and features without requiring logins to view threads, replies, further content, etc. Most Timberwolves accounts/beat writers are already on Bluesky; and while the influence of this community may be small, I hope it could be enough to encourage more to switch over.
Meta (Instagram and Facebook) removing fact checking and hiding search results for 'Democrats' is also extremely concerning to me, but that may be another can of worms. Thoughts?

 | We found out that it’s because i was using OEM lugs on aftermarket rims, But new problem has arrised…. the radio and the ac have both simultaneously just stopped working all together, the radio screen won’t power on and the ac won’t blow at all, the blue surrounding lights for the ac buttons still work but the screen is pitch black and the ac will not blow (heater and cooler) any help on that? you guys were very helpful the first time around. submitted by Playful-Cut6358 to Silverado [link] [comments] |

Good afternoon everyone.
My wife and child have been on my BCBS Plan for over 15 months now, and my wife has waived coverage from her employer the past 2 years.
She has been receiving BCBS cards for a plan that is not ours for the past few months, and we are not sure why.
She has talked to her work, bcbsp, and everyone up to the executives at her work. She has spoken to management at BCBS, and more. We now have very large medical bills bouncing back because she is showing as dually insured, and we talking $60,000+.
Who else can she talk to or what else does she have to do to try and get this other one off of her name?
Any advice is helpful.

2025.01.22 01:07 Glad_Bug_3894 Sonos One not showing in system
I've had my sonos one for a couple of years now and I've never really had any issues. We moved about a year ago and after struggling with the first initial set up the speaker seemed to be doing ok with connecting to my phone and showing in the app. However, more recently I unplugged the speaker to put into a different room (which I've been able to do without issues before) and now I can't get the speaker to show up in the app system. When I factory reset it I'm able to set it up, but once the set up process is complete the speaker is gone again or it says it's not on the same wifi as my phone. I did this process a couple times with the same outcome. Any help is appreciated

Hello, I'm f16
ive been going to therapy for around 3 years now to get help for my anxiety and other minor problems, however i have just this feeling holding me back from actually opening up about stuff like hearing and seeing things and not really normalized issues i guess.
I feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed talking about these things even though i really need help on them (like having a reason for my actions?). i feel like im almost manipulating myself to seem worse even though i still am doing the things i am saying. my brain keeps telling myself im attention seeking and that if i bring it up she'll think im making it up and im asking for attention or this is something everyone goes through.
I feel so crazy and ive been gradually experiencing the weirder issues more prominently but i have no idea how to approach the idea of booking another session and opening up on something we've never even touched on?
does anyone feel the same way and/or know how to convince themselves to seriously opening up without feeling like a freak?

 | Hey everyone, this is my second time posting on Reddit, so bear with me if I mess something up. I’m looking for some advice on my plant, which I think is an elephant ear. I’ve had it since October, but now I’m worried it might be dying. Here’s what’s happening: • There are some white spots on it (I used a wet cloth today to wipe off as many as I could). • Occasionally, the leaves turn yellow (I’ve been trimming those with scissors). • The leaves and stems seem to be growing outward instead of upward. I water it once a week with about 4 oz of water. It’s placed near a window but doesn’t get direct sunlight. I live in the Caribbean, with temperatures around 30°C/20°C, and I’m on the 4th floor. I’ve attached pictures of how it looks like before I cleaned it with the cloth. Any tips on how I can help it thrive?
