I feel so hopeless and lost, I donât know where else to go, and Iâm sorry if it doesnât fit the sub.
Iâve been depressed for as long as I can remember. Iâve reached out to many âloved onesâ and I think Iâve exhausted all of them. Therapists have really been a miss, I havenât changed my thinking at all. I have no confidence or self-esteem to make myself actually try anything. I just say a bunch of shit that I never end up doing. This makes me a liar and a fake, and I hate myself for those things.
I want to be better. I want to not have this feeling every time Iâm alone. I want to feel joy and fulfillment in life. It genuinely just seems impossible. People have overcome far bigger obstacles than what I have, but I donât think Iâm capable. I can barely get up and brush my teeth, I donât know how I expect to have a good life. I donât know if Iâm even worthy of having a life with how much Iâve wasted and hurt others.
Iâm coming here because I have nowhere else to turn for guidance. People here seem positive and wise, Iâve been met with aggression on other subs, and I just ended up deleting whatever I posted.
I need the simplest step to just start trying to get better. I want to have the will to stay disciplined and actually do the shit every day. But Iâm so drained, I donât know if thereâs any hope or inspiration in me, and I have a hard time seeing a point if deep down I feel like things will never get better no matter how hard I try.

Bonjour Ă tous Il y a deux ans et demi, j'ai contractĂ© une nouvelle assurance de prĂȘt chez agipi (axa) pour couvrir le prĂȘt immobilier initialement assurĂ© Ă la banque populaire lors de l'achat de la maison Le conseiller agipi m'a assurĂ© faire le nĂ©cessaire pour rĂ©silier l'ancien contrat auprĂšs de la banque populaire mais 2,5 ans aprĂšs, je me rends compte que je paye les deux assurances C'est Ă dire 88 euros chez banque populaire et 44 chez agipi La banque pop ne veut pas me rembourser car ils n'ont pas eu la demande de rĂ©siliation et agipi ne sait pas me fournir le justificatif (preuve d'envoi de la rĂ©siliation) En revanche, l'agence m'a produit une attestation certifiant qu'ils ont bien procĂ©dĂ© Ă la rĂ©siliation il y a 2 ans et demi Agipi pour me consoler me propose en express un remboursement de 2 ans de leurs assurance (44 x 24 mois) que j'ai immĂ©diatement refusĂ© J'ai procĂ©dĂ© Ă une rĂ©clamation et je leur ai demandĂ© un remboursement du prĂ©judice, C'est Ă dire Ă mon sens 88 euros x 2 ans et demi mais ils me l'ont refusĂ© Ă©galement J'ai mis le dossier dans les mains de ufc que choisir qui leur rĂ©clame Ă nouveau les 88 euros Pensez vous que j'ai une chance de rĂ©cupĂ©rer cette argent ?
