I am a freshman musician in both band and choir, a bass, and a trombonist. I got pneumonia in October and since then I have had a lot of difficulty taking as deep breaths and making my breaths last longer than before getting pneumonia. Common breathing exercises I have found online have helped slightly but it has made barley any impact, so if anyone has tips for improving breath capacity and such it would be greatly appreciated.

I've only had her for a day and so far she's done zooms, binikies, cuddles, asked for pets, and licked my finger when I was grabbing something close to her. I had bunnies growing up but she is the sweetest bunny I've ever owned so far. Hello everyone!
I have a quick question about an app I am developing as a side project.
I want users to be able to follow each other on different platforms directly from within my app. Ideally, at the click of a button, I would want myself (as user Y) to follow user X on Instagram or Facebook ( or any other platforms for that matter ).
Does anyone know if the meta graph API allows for an API call that would follow users on someone's account without exiting my app? All the answers I found online were from three/four years ago, and I tried reading the documentation, but it didn't explicitly mention the lack of this ability.
Does anyone know of other social media platforms that provide APIs for this kind of functionality (e.g., TwitteX, Youtube, etc.)?
Any help or guidance would be really appreciated, Thanks!

Hey everyone!
I am super new to Max so forgive my ignorance here. I am trying to make a simple sampler, and was wondering if any of you have suggestions on which objects are best for storing/playing back an audio file.
For more context, my end goal is to have a software instrument where the user can load an audio file and play it back at variable speeds with a set of a 5 or 6 tuneable keys. It's going to be monophonic and will ideally loop the audio until a key is deactivated.
So far I have looked into the playlist~ and buffer~ objects. It seems like buffer~ suites my purposes better, but I know there are a few other objects similar to these. If anyone has any insight/suggestions on what would be best for my situation, please let me know.

To start off, compact 4 stroke engines? I still rather get a 4 stroke engine but the 2 stroke will fit my bike exclusively.
Could I use the rag joint with little issues? My rear hub isn’t big enough for an adapter.
