2025.01.22 08:05 GameAllyOG Feeling like crap 3 months
So first 2months I ate like a king alot of butter heavy cream and cheese gained 10kgs intentionally to bulk, could gym for 1.5hours then go to my soccer training.
Now I need to lose these 10kgs and for the last month been doing lion diet eating 1 or 2mad and far out my performances have dropped significantly, I have lost about 3-4 kg though.
How is it that I have zero energy for gym/running?
Yes Ive probably been eating around 1700 calories a day on average (1 decent size fatty meal or 2 small meals) but after 3 months you would think you wouldn't even need to be eating 3000 plus calories a day since your body can tap into its own fats for energy right? I'm confused.
And before I started carnivore I was eating low ish carb diet and eating around 2000 calories a day and did not feel this bad.
30m 173cm 75kg
I'm aiming to continue until I get to 68kg which is optimal for my soccer performance and from there I will start adding more food.
But I was definitely striving on butter heavy cream and cheese.
I'm also going to stop salting my food and drinking 2.5l of water max. Currently drink around 4l and heavy salt everything.
I wouldn't think our ancestors ate 3000 plus calories a day, because I think that's how much I need on this diet to thrive but that might lead to some weight gain but I am really active.

 | I think most generally agree that William Afton obviously doesn't love his kids, at least no more than disposable tools. He doesn't care for them, in the novels he neglects and abuses Elizabeth and in the film he outright stabs Vanessa, seemingly leaving her for dead. As for the games, well he leaves Elizabeth knowing it's her, trapped deep underground to be electrocuted as a routine maintenance check-up by technicians. William is an evil man with no kindness even for his own flesh and blood, and the novels reflect this with his inability to create that same spark of life Henry had when making his lifelike robot Charlotte's. So then how does William view his children? Does he just simply despise them? Well, I don't think it's that either. I think he merely sees his children as a means to an end. To what? His own image. William values his own self image to the public, and having a family fuels his ego in that regard. While he may not inherently despise his kids, he despises feeling less than Henry, someone he so deeply envied as shown in the novels with his stacks upon stacks of journals about Henry ranging from jealousy to near worshipping. I think William felt so jealous of Henry's artistic abilities and his talents in robotics that he couldn't take it, he wanted to always be better than him. Feeling less than him was a major blow to his ego and was why William even committed the act of murder on Charlotte in the novels and very likely the games as well, but in the games I think the Bite of ‘83 contributed as well. It's not a requirement for the idea I'm about to propose, but it could explain something, that being the existence of the Security Puppet. The Marionette is notably absent from the novel's timeline, yet exists at Fredbear's in the games. Why? Well what else do we know happened at Fredbear's? The Bite of ‘83, an incident where a child was bitten on stage because of bullies. Henry felt so paranoid and protective of Charlotte he decided to design this Puppet doll to watch her closely, and protect her from accidents or bullies - but he didn't anticipate a malicious targeting, especially from his own close friend. William relished in this murder of Charlotte because for one, by now I believe he would've lost the Crying Child which harmed his ego, it embarrassed him to feel less than Henry, so not only was he taking it out on Henry by making him lose a child, he got to watch one of his creations fail at its task. For so long he'd been envious of Henry's perfection in robotics, seeing something of his fail felt amazing. And I think with this perspective of him viewing his family as only a symbol of success in-mind, the fact he seemingly tries to keep Elizabeth safe from Circus Baby can be viewed simply as him trying to maintain that image, rather than out of genuine care for her, for losing another kid would be even more embarrassing for him. So what do you think? This was primarily just speculative and less on the theorizing side, but I wanted to get my thoughts out anyways on how I viewed William Afton as a person.  | Be me, be 39 and have proofed everyone wrong you have ever worked with. When I was in school, I had no idea what to donwith my life. Plus, the little town we're I came from, did not offer many Job oportunities with mediocre grades. So my family suggested I start a career as an Industrial mechanic, since I've always shown such an interest in technic. The work itself was okay. But I was never able to finish it as quickly as everyone else around me. Hence why, in a Shop enviorment where the Overall Töne is a bit rougher, everyone Starts talking to you Like you have Just half a brain. I was never able to connect with my coworkers. "Getting Up for a Job they didn't Like, going Home to a Family they didn't Love"; with No interest in anything but soccer and cars. Long Story short, I always felt like a stranger. I tried my best to find a company and Job that Suit me. I have been moving from town to town, chasing Jobs for over a decade. And when I was unemployed Düring the start of covid and there was no chance of getting hired, depression hit. Needless to say that I didn't find a partner who wanted to stay with me during that time of my life, right? ------- Now this is we're the good part starts. I was able to find a psychologist by 2022, who gave me a save space to vent, tell my side of the story and show emoticons without being judge or growing a feeling like it will be held against me in the future. This was the first time in my life I really felt heard and seen for who I am. This process took about a year. So when the safty measures for covid got softer, I felt ready to Turn my life around. I was 36 at that point and of course there were many voices telling me, Inwas too old to change, family included. But since I have been unemployed through all of covid, I was qualified for a trainings programm to switch in to a different profession. I Had to JUMP through several hoops to get a spot, including an extended qualification test that took two days. At the end of the test, I got my first Moral boost. When a social worker called me to discuss my results He went: "Between us two heavy guys, you can't become and astronaut, but every other path is wide open to you." They even told me my IQ score, which I am Not Post because I might feel like bragging. Just so much: It is a score that scratches the line to what is considered being gifted. Who would have guessed that. Not my teachers mit my family nore my Former coworkers, that's for sure. But since I really enjod tonwork with Machines, I decided to Take a path that would lead me from the Shop in to the construction Office. I found a places that offered a programm for people in my situation and train us to become technical productdesigners aka the right hand of engineers. 17 month later and I was able to score my dream internship at a research institute, that does nothing but work in the topic of 3D printing and how to make production easier, cheaper and Ressource efficient. And guess what? For the past 6 month I was working the first "job" that gave me a sense of personal and professional fullfilment. I was working side by side with the top minds in the field of additive manufactoring, which alone made me grin from one ear to another on the inside everyday. But to top it off, I was able to make such a good job, that they are trying to find a way to hire me, once I finish my original training programm. So yeah, be me, be 39y old and finally have figured out what to do with your life and where you belong. My husband and I have been together 11 years. Married 5.
I am trying to figure out if he is depressed, or just doesn’t like me anymore.
We don’t spend any time together, at all. The only time we do is on our way to get a drive through. Or in the car to drive some place. He will always ask “do I have to go”. And he would rather me go alone while he stays home.
We don’t talk. We fight quite a bit. But not major major fights like before. Now when we have a problem he will instantly get mad and say mean things. He will either start being sarcastic and mean or straight up ignore me while I talk. Today he told me “just stop talking”. And I was like what do you mean? To you? And he stayed silent as we drove.
We don’t go on dates. We don’t watch tv together which he once watched shows together.
We eat together while he watches tik tok. We lay together in bed and he gets into bed about 30 mins before falling asleep, the whole time he plays his tik tok videos out loud.
We do have sex now every few weeks, maybe twice a month. Which is a lot because we went months without it for years. Only having sex maybe 3-4 times a year at most.
Also during his free time he’s on his video game in another room. If he has it his way he wouldn’t have to go to the store, go thru drive thrus with me, or take out any trash. Also- I clean everything and if we cook that night it’s me cooking.
He buys me stuff every blue moon. And he says he loves me. What do y’all think? It wasn’t always this way. It stopped years ago but slowly becoming what it is now. He once was amazing. Well for about a year.
