My grocery has narrow, one-way rows of angled parking and the lot is very busy, in part because there's a shopping mall attached to its feeder road and jerks will often speed thru the lot from the feeder road to avoid a stoplight.
These entitled idiots frequently don't grasp the concept of one-way, and cause traffic jams when they inevitably encounter drivers going the right way. It's dangerous; the many other cars and pedestrians don't expect morons barreling down the road the wrong way.
When one of these traffic jams happens, the easiest way to fix it is the person who's going the right way has to pull back into a parking space, assuming there's an empty one, thus enabling the wrong-way idiot to pass.
Recently I was shopping with a friend and, as expected, we pulled out of our spot and naturally we soon met with a moron in a gigantic pickup truck bombing up the row the wrong way. Twice as big as my friend's car and radiating compensation.
Well it turns out she'd had enough of these people.
On this day most parking spaces around us were filled but there was one right there that she could have pulled into. Mr. Small Dick Energy in the pickup felt so entitled to right-of-way he even stopped far enough back so she could pull into the spot for his convenience.
Rather than do so, she surprised everyone by exaggeratedly slowing down and stopping a few feet from his huge bumper.
Mr. Small Dick Energy then had the nerve to rev his engine a few times and kept creeping forward threateningly, as if he was going to force us to back wayyyy up to the end of the aisle, so he didn't have to do the same.
My friend put the car in park and just waited.
He then honked his horn at her, as if she were the one going the wrong way. She pulled out her phone and started recording him. I was kind of scared he might road rage us to death, but he didn't.
Behind us, the stoplight he should have gone thru turned green and I could see him seething as he watched all the normal drivers he thought he'd cut off, getting their turn.
In the end, infuriated, he threw his truck into reverse and slammed on the gas, backing up way too fast for a parking lot. About 4 parking spaces back, he miscalculated the angle of his wheel and whanged the back of his pickup on a cart corral. Not a disabling accident, and luckily he didn't hit a pedestrian, but I'm sure that'll cost him a pretty penny.
He didn't even stop to get out and inspect the damage, most likely because he'd managed to publicly shame himself in such a grand fashion.
It was so satisfying.

I have little experience using an arduino uno and not much knowledge about embedded electronics in general. I have tried linux minimally in the form of wsl. I have been thinking between the milk v duo s and the raspberry pi zero 2w. I want an sbc that can train extremely rudimentary ml models (eg. using tensorflow lite or pytorch). It would be nice if i could also use the boards as test dummies for malware, by running old os's like windows vista or windows xp and the like. I have a television that i can out put to ( i have herd that the milk v duo s dosent have hdmi). I see many ters flying around like eMMc, sram and such. So it would also be nice if any of you could familiarize myself with, or lead me to any resources for learning these terms. My priorities for a board are:
- Being able to run linux and do ai/ml tasks
- Function like an arduino (communicate via i2c, spi, uart etc etc) and have okay-ish processing power to do so;
- Usable with a television, or usable by mirroring its screen to my pc.
- Have wifi capability
- A "worthwhile" test dummy able to run old gui os's for testing.
- Have an actually readable documentation

2025.01.22 09:05 A_Gay_Taquito Chances these survive transfer into pots?
Long story short, these two citrus trees will be excavated, and I am hoping to keep them by transferring them into pots. The older lemon tree is about 5+ years old and is a dwarf variety. The younger, smaller tree is also a dwarf variety of orange tree, about 2 years old I believe.
Has anyone here had success in a similar situation? Any thoughts or suggeations is appreciated.

I'm not sure if this is the right sub to post this in, just wanted to talk about it
With Etherdrift on the horizon, bringing many new vehicles and vehicle themed cards, I think its finally time for me to start looking into building a commander based on Bethesda's forgotten property, RAGE. (The original 3 disk behemoth)
And as RAGE already has its own card game, the concept for card art is already sorted, with mayor Clayton as the commander and J.K Stiles as a secondary commander, a balanced combination of human characters and mutants. The card game also features equiptments and instants.
I think this is a fun idea I'd like to explore and talk about further

I've seen yet again people on tiktok say that "the gods are mad!" Discourse. Of course it mostly comes from people who think candles represent the gods emotions. I mean hey I get it, been there done that (mostly because of tiktok disinformation)
But on to what I wanted to say, I doubt the gods are mad about what's happening in the US specifically, they witness many wars, bad politics and all that. Why would they be mad specifically when something wrong goes in the US? You can pray for protection, or guidance but would not be mad just because some white man does what he wants with his power in a country that's not even where they were worshiped.
Just my point of view, I would like to see what you guys think

Sometimes it gets ideas like reconfiguring the docker daemon or the existing containers, which I'd like to avoid.  | Hey everyone, since my G502 was starting to age I wanted to try a new mouse (had 2 G502 for the better part of the last 10 years). Looking at the way I'm holding my mouse I decided to get a large sized claw grip mouse. After some reading I went for the Endgame XM2 8k, because I wanted a wired mouse. First impression left me kind of underwhelmed. The low weight makes the mouse feel super cheap (to me). sort of like a 5€ office mouse. The coating also isn't grippy enouh for my liking which makes hold on to the mouse much harder which strains my muscles. What's a lot better with the new mouse tho is the placement of the side buttons. With the G502 I'd constantly hit them on accident which doesnt happen with the XM2. Overall the XM2 just feels a lot less comfortable to be, but I'm not sure if this is just me getting used to somehting new after so many years or if it's just not for me. Do you have any other recommendations on mice i could try?
