Hi Leute, ich habe mir gestern im dm ein nährungsergänzungsmittel gekauft, das heißt "Gute Laune" von der Marke hübner. Da sind 500mg tyrosin, 220mg tryptophan und noch jeweils 20mg oder so von Safran Extrakt, Rhodiola Extrakt und Vitamin B6 drin.
Ich habe mir das gelauft weil ich das Gefühlt habe dass meine Elvanse-Wirkung sehr inkonsistent ist, an einem Tag bringen mich meine 50mg perfekt aufs richtige Level, manchmal fühl ich mich total hyperstimuliert und manchmal passiert gefühlt kaum was (ich merk schon dass im hintergrund was wirkt aber etwas fehlt halt irgendwie.
Ich hatte halt gehofft dass ich mit diesem Supplement vielleicht eine klarere Baseline an Dopamin und Serotonin schaffen könnte, und vielleicht eine komsistentere Wirkung bringen könnte. Das Tryptophan dachte ich wäre vielleicht eine gute Sache, weil wenn man den ganzen Tag halt gefühlt nur 'auf dopamin ist', fühlt man sich dann über längere Zeit oft innerlich leer und ich hätte gehofft das damit ein wenig bekämpfen zu können.
Was haltet ihr von der Idee? Ist daran irgendwas gefährlich, wenn ich jeden Tag nur eine der Tabletten nehme? Danke euch :)

2025.01.22 08:15 PerfectSageMode Just got into the game and I gotta say, I think the balancing is pretty bad.
The gunplay and movement is so much fun but after playing every character and against every character I gotta say that lights are completely useless for the most part and heavies are way too OP.
I've seen people say that they are close range damage dealers and don't move fast but every match I've been in they do enough damage at range to delete lights and are fast enough to catch up to me when I play a medium class and delete me.
All the while they take 2 mag dumps to kill. It's crazy, even still I've seen argument after argument online for people calling to buff heavies and nerf lights and it may be the most absurd thing I've ever seen with regard to opinions on game balancing.
I'd honest to god just prefer that every character was a medium just with different specialty weapons and abilities because as it is now it's just kind of a joke.

Desde que trabajo siempre he tenido la mala costumbre de invertir todo y dejar la cuenta a 0€ ya que soy joven y tenía gastos prácticamente de 0€.
