2025.01.22 08:58 baicai18 Troubleshooting CNC OC1 Error
Hi guys, I'm trying to see if I could get some advice on troubleshooting and OC1 error.
I have an Aliexpress 6040 CNC engraving machine. It's been running fine for around 6 months, but I messed up my coordinates and crashed it into my vise, drilling a deep hole and I think stalling it.
After I hit the emergency stop, and tried to rerun, the spindle won't turn on and I'm left with an OC1 error anytime I try start the spindle. but X,Y,Z,A axis all work.
I've been trying to research and troubleshoot to pinpoint what exactly is the faulty component that may need to replace
I watched a few videos and the following troubleshooting link, but I'm not sure how to interpret

What I've done so far:
- Checked all the cabling for signs of burns or damage - Everything looks okay
- disconnected the motor wire, and checked the UVW resistance - All 3 combinations have the the same resistance
- connect the motor cable, and disconnect from the control box, and checked UVW resistance through the cable - All 3 still showing the same values.
- Opened the control box, looked for any wire or connector damage - Everything looks okay
- Measured resistance from the box connector to the Inverter, lines and everything is okay.
- With the motor disconnected, ran the machine to mach3, and started the spindle, the OC1 error doesn't appear.
The link mentions at the end checking the current of the inverter, if I should do that, do I measure between UVW? or do I measure from U-> ground, V-> ground, W -> ground? and what should I be looking for?
Any help on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated

I have an old Acer AL1716 LCD screen that I used to build an arcade cabinet with a Raspberry Pi. Now the screen shows some strange behavior at random times:
- the color shifts towards a green hue, then after a minute or two shows the "no signal" message and goes black (without backlight). Maybe if I leave it on, it can sometimes show the images again and work for hours.
- on occasions it doesn't work from the start, showing a black screen
I excluded the Pi because I have used it with a PC, and it has the same problems. Not only that, but I even changed cable/adapters.
I have no clue where to start.

I understand that for non-juiced maps and most maps pre-Xesht completion are unlikely to have multiple breaches, but even then I find myself often forgetting if the map I'm running actually has a breach or not. For other mechanics this isn't such a problem. Ritual has it's own counter, delirium always starts near spawn, bosses show up on the rare compass and you can't complete the map without killing them. Having a breach counter would also just be nice so I can leave a map after completing without worrying that I'm missing out on breaches. Thoughts? I got my new Vertuo Plus machine today and I tried to run a cleaning cycle as a first time it didn’t pour water and I got one red blinking and nonstop orange blinking till I shut the machine off and opened it again then I took the water reservoir to pour water from the bottom to ensure that there wasn’t an airlock, so it worked perfectly and brewed 3 pods couldn’t be happier, my question is should I need to call CS because I’m worried about that if this faulty machine or if this happened to anyone here ?

to start off, ive never really been sure of the definition of "grooming". ive always thought it was sexual 100% of the time, and that the ultimate goal was to coerce someone into having sex with them. to add some background before i explain, my parents are divorced and my stepdad came into my life when i was around 4. i am now 18. i never had a strong relationship with him and didnt view him as a father figure but instead a roommate. he and my mother had, and still have, a horrible marriage resulting in me being the "therapist of the family". my mother would occasionally vent to me about their relationship problems, but not as far as my stepfather. this started when i was 13-14 up until last year for reference. it started as just complaining about my mother to me, and id try to understand and give advice because i didnt want anything bad to happen to my family. so starts me giving advice to him often about what to do. he would bring up topics like divorce and tell me how much he hates her and wants to leave and start a new life, how he could just divorce her and move in with me and itd be a nice life. then it started getting graphic. he started making sexual jokes around me, once even making a joke about stepdaughter porn. he would tell me all these horrible things my mother has done, which made me realize she was abusing and neglecting me which turned me against her. he made himself out to be a savior because he was the one who told me and apologized first. i trusted that. hes an alcoholic, one night he got piss drunk and confessed to me hes cheated on my mother 2 separate times and, without my asking, he went into detail about how he cheated, who he did it with, how he did it. he started offering me marijuana, which i was hesitant about but he'd pressure me into smoking it, which resulted in me being reliant to the point i got psychosis. hed always tell me that im the only one in the family who has a chance of having a future. he asked me to be the sole beneficiary on his will. hed make disgusting jokes about sex when i got a boyfriend and woukd often ask how we did it or if we do it. it reached a boiling point for me and i ended up telling my mother he cheated , and that and told me to keep it a secret or itd ruin the family. she then went and told him what i said. since that, things have been better, but now i can feel them reverting. he went thru my things and found a personal toy of mine and told me he found it and tried to talk to me about it being normal, which i obviously know. i am 18. he asks about my boyfriends penis size occasionally still. or how we do it. he will make jokes about my private parts. he tried to ask me if i "take it up the ass" which i tried to avoid. is this considered grooming or just abuse? the worst of it stopped when i was just turned 17. he has never touched me inappropriately other than giving me wedgies, or slapping my butt when i was 10-12. is this grooming behavior?
