My depression isn’t even that bad like the last two weeks I felt neutral or even good. And I was able to do things go to Uni etc. but one thing even the 9 months I didn’t have depression. Waking up is so hard for me. I take 2 hours till I’m able to go out of my bed and make coffee.
I take seroquel at 9pm everyday before going to bed I try to fall asleep at latest at 12pm And I try to get up at 9am it’s just impossible because I’m so tired. The days I don’t have to get up I can sleep 12 hours
My bloodwork is good even great my Dr said. I used to have low iron but got an infusion a year and a half ago and since then my levels are really good. Also had B12 shots at that time
My Vit D is low but I do take a supplement it’s just always a bit low

we got our black lab in the beginning of november, we presume he’s around 5 ish months old now. i just finished having a mental breakdown because i found a huge hole in the shirt i waited for 2 months to come in the mail. i seriously don’t know what to do, nothing will get him to stop biting when he gets in that mood. not redirecting, not food, nothing. we take him to training every tuesday, and he has tons of toys and chews. we haven’t been going on walks because it’s been extremely cold and windy this past week. but i don’t know what to do anymore, i don’t even want to go spend time with him because every time i go near him for more than 5 minutes im being bitten, jumped on, scratched, and i end up with massive holes in my brand new clothes. please help.

I met this amazing guy on Bumble last year. I really liked him, and I think he liked me too! Unfortunately, he's someone my parents wouldn't approve of, and I felt guilty for dating him. We sort of talked about it and decided to end things. This was a couple of months ago, and I’m still having a hard time moving on.
I know I was a coward for ending things, and I truly still care for him. We followed each other on Instagram, and I do check his profile from time to time. His birthday is a couple of days after mine, and the day after my birthday, I realized he unfollowed me. I'm actually really sad about it. I wanted to wish him a happy birthday, just one last time.
Is it wise to message him "Happy Birthday" on his birthday? I don't really expect a reply; I just really want to wish him.

Hey all,
Background: Partner and i dating for 3 years. Partner had already said at the start of relationship that he would at some point in the relationship wants to try ENM. I thought he meant maybe in many years down the line after we established our own relationship. 1 year into dating, he wanted to open up. I agreed because i was afraid of losing him (bad choice on my part).
Lots of arguments here and there. Ultimately, the biggest difficulty is being honest. He promised me if i ever asked he’d be honest, though of course he hoped i’d never ask.
I’ve asked details a few times (he has done more solo dating than i have). I had a perception until that was broken when he did tell me after another year that he did sleep with another person.
It’s been very tricky with knowing/not knowing. If he told me in advance that he’d be going on a date, there’s a chance i’d flip. If he told me after the date that he had been on one, there’s a chance i’d flip. And in my head i’d be going around being suspicious and unsure. And yes i hate it. I hate that i’ve done this to someone i love and that i’m the way i am.
I’ve been better with feeling more centered about him going on solo dates, that i don’t ask/try to pry. The longer that OUR primary relationship feels secure to me, the easier it is.
However, my trouble is when i feel lied to. My father cheated on my mum for 90% of their marriage. He would head off somewhere for long periods and of course not tell her and she would freak out/be upset. Once he owned up to where he went (to see his other woman) and again, me growing up in this, i remember my mom told me “at least he was honest”, and i could see it soften any blow on my mom, after decades of being cheated on. I feel similarly. He brought back a unique special snack (not from our region) that he said he picked off a shelf somewhere before Christmas 2024. This snack is something you’d have to go to specific specialty shops for which is not in our area AND not one he would go into like casually as he doesn’t buy back ingredients for that specific cuisine. And the snack itself has a batch date from early January 2025 (meaning he couldn’t have picked it up around Christmas).
I would have rather he told me he got it from a person he went on a date with, rather than lie to me.
But i don’t know how to approach him on this. I do not want him to be on eggshells. But i just would rather be in the dark OR be told the truth. Not half truth, not one part of the story and then the story changes another time and definitely not a lie.
At the same time, i’m being so nitpicky on these details so i feel massive guilt and anger on my part. But i also can’t unsee what i saw to pretend i don’t have questions?
