Moin,
ich habe grade folgende nervige Situation: Vor nem halben Jahr habe ich einen neuen Laptop in einem bekannten deutschen Onlineshop bestellt (ca. 1300€). Mir ist recht früh aufgefallen, dass die Akkulaufzeit nicht in Ordnung ist, sie ist nur circa 1/3 so hoch, wie sie laut Userberichten sein müsste. Ich dachte erst lange es liegt an meiner Art der Nutzung und habe es erstmal beobachtet, bis ich mir sicher war, dass die Laufzeit doch deutlich zu gering ist. 2 Stunden sind einfach zu wenig :(
Ich habe dann eine Reparaturanfrage im Rahmen der Händlergarantie angefragt.
2 Wochen später kam dann mein Laptop zurück, laut Zettel wurde ein Softwareupdate gemacht um das Problem zu beheben. Mir war eigentlich direkt klar, dass sich nichts verbessert hat :D Hat sich im Test bestätigt.
Also habe ich mich nochmal gemeldet und darauf hingewiesen, und dass die Akkulaufzeit nach wie vor schlecht ist.
Nach einem weiteren Monat kam mein Laptop wieder an, leider auch ohne die Originalverpackung. Es wurde wohl ein rundum-check gemacht, und alles sei mit dem Gerät in Ordnung.
Ich habe mich geärgert, aber ich weiß auch, dass Dinge wie die Akkulaufzeit auch irgendwo Auslegungssache sind, und ich jetzt nicht so viel tun kann wenn der Händler der Meinung ist alles ist OK.
TLDR:
Nun zu meinem eigentlichen Problem, und was mich grade so höllisch ärgert:
Mein Gerät kam mit Schäden zurück. Eine kleine Schramme am Displayrand (wirklich klein, aber sichtbar) + eine weitere Stelle (1cm), bei der der Lack und auch der Schutzstoff vom Lautsprecher beschädigt sind. Ich weiß vielen Leuten würden Schäden in diesem Ausmaß nicht großartig interessieren, aber ich bin einfach sehr pingelig bei Technik. Vorallem in diesem Preisbereich.
Da ich das Gerät wegen der Akkulaufzeit auch vorhabe zu verkaufen, muss ich jetzt auch mit einem deutlich geringeren Verkaufspreis rechnen. Statt "Wie neu", muss ich jetzt ein Gerät ohne OVP und mit eben diesen Beschädigungen anbieten. Wenn ich die Schäden bei Ebay nicht erwähnen würde, kann ich 100% mit einer berechtigten Beschwerde rechnen.
Was würdet ihr jetzt machen? Hab ich jetzt einfach Pech? Dass die Schäden vom Reparateur verursacht wurden kann ich nicht beweisen. Ich muss wohl auf irgendeine Kulanz des Händlers hoffen, und frage mich auch in welchem Ton ich die Email/ das Gespräch führen soll um an mein Ziel zu kommen.
Ich will doch einfach nur mein Geld zurück :D

This is the contemplative stage of change.
The stages of change grew in popularity when working with addiction and alcoholism, but it can be worked with anything when working with changing habits, mindsets, making goals etc.

I have been thinking about it since my most recent Wicked watch and I am curious to know others thoughts…
In the scene where G(a)linda is giving the pointy hat to Elphaba, I have always wondered if (1) Elphaba actually liked it at first but was hesitant to take it bc she didn’t know if Galinda was playing with her until “out of the goodness of my heaaarrrttt” or (2) if she didn’t like it initially but Galinda was so convincing that she did actually end up liking it. OR (3) if she wasn’t the biggest fan of it & only wore it to the Ozdust to make Galinda happy. (which pairs well with the whole “she actually does care what people think” part during the dance scene)
What do people think? I am not particularly sold on any theory & I am not sure if there are any “canon” conclusions out there already but I am curious to know yalls opinions and which theory would make the ozdust duet scene hit harder for you.

Interesting one. I have been hounded for a debt of £700 by Bristow Sutor. They have texted and emailed. I contacted them via form and which were ignored, and by phone never got through to anyone that could help - had to leave voicemails etc.
Finally got an email yesterday with a real human being's phone number, which I called.
This person revealed that the debt was actually related to another person, in Sussex, for a parking charge for a vehicle we do not own.
They said that they got our contact details from "a search company".
I am worried about this, and quite annoyed. This has been stressing me out for two months now. And is there a likelihood that there is any stolen identity? Or is it just a mistake by the search company.
Bristow Sutor will not reveal the name of that company for me to complain.
What should I do to: - be confident that there is no identity theft - raise awareness so that other people cannot suffer the same stress?
