Hello,
First of all, sorry if Im in the wrong sub, not used to those ones. Im aswell trying to post in some others.
I would like to upgrade my computer, and would like to know if some stuff I had could be kept cause good enough and would to keep if from being too expensive if possible. I currently got : - i5-9400F [email protected] - 16 Go RAM - PRIME Z390-P - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
Not sure if others components are usefull to mention (can they all be used again in a new build aswell ?). I sometimes suspected that the processor wasn't good enough, but no idea how to tell.
The goal is to be able to play the vast majority of new games with good quality, and mainly without any fps drops (PUBG, Path of Exile 2, and so on). I know this won't be cheap, but Im still trying to see if something can be done with what I currently have ! In case nothing is salvagable, what would be the best performance/price setup ?

Might be a silly question but I am completely new to the forklift mechanic scene, was just wondering if I was to take an apprenticeship with Toyota material handling as a forklift engineer, they will send me to college for 3 years while working on site with them and I will be a fully certified forklift engineer afterwards.
Am I likely to be able to leave to become a forklift mechanic for a smaller company that might work on a broad range of forklifts?
I am just concerned that after i am with Toyota for a number of years and only working on Toyota forklifts that I won’t be able to service other forklifts from other brands.
I have no experience in the field so I have no clue if this is a silly question or not but will I be alright going else where as a field service mechanic after years of only working on Toyota machinery.

At my job if you take certain college classes, you become qualified to take on more responsibility. Before, I legally couldn't do these things, now I can.
I originally wasn't even going to take these classes, but she convinced me to, saying that I would be paid more if I did. I took the classes, and now am completing the tasks with more responsibilities, but I have not gotten the raise that I am entitled to, I am not getting paid the same as literally every other person at my job who also took the same classes and is taking on the same responsibilities as I am.
When I brought it up to my boss, she kind of laughed about it and said that it's something we'd have to talk about, but didn't schedule a time or give me any other info. Knowing the kind of person she is, it's super super likely that she'll forget and never get back to me on this.
What do I do? I really do like working there, and would like to stay there if possible, but I also want the raise I'm entitled to.

Our clinic wants to invest in an intraoral scanner, but we're working with a tight budget. Management obviously wants something more affordable, but we also need it to be accurate for our patients, so it's a bit of a negotiation here.
I've looked at Universadent ones, they have good intraoral scanner choices, but I've been told it has to be under $5k? Which I don't think is reasonable at all. But still, if there are any budget scanners that work just as well, I'd love to hear recommendations.
