 | Hi everyone, I have recently started skiing again, beginner level tough. I plan to ski more regularly from now on, mainly in Europe, France-Spain area. I will probably always ski in resorts. Height 181 cm - 5´11 ft Weight 82 kg - 182 lbs I was given a few years ago a pair of Atomic Maverick 88TI 176cm with Atomic Strive 11 GW R brand new. Yesterday I went to the store to buy some boots that I'll be able to use for a few years and to ask about skis. I left without boots and not knowing what to do with the skis, whether to keep them or sell them and buy new ones or keep renting. And about boots, what can you recommend? Accessing the GravityZone control panel and navigating to Risk Management > Vulnerabilities, I don't see certain vulnerabilities that I know are present on the network. For example, it doesn't show CVE-2024-11477, even though I have several clients with older versions of 7zip.
Is there a way to force an update of Bitdefender's CVE database?

I’ve been dealing with recurring, painful red bumps for the past year. They appear in the same spots on the back of my neck and chest (either both spots together or just one) , and this time, they’ve shown up along my hairline. The affected areas become very hot even before the bumps appear, and sometimes the pain is so intense that it disrupts my sleep. *Facts if it helps: -Five years ago, I had Shingles (Herpes Zoster) in nearly the same areas. -I used to have eczema on the palms of my hands, which flares up when I come into contact with certain metals (like coins) and paper for long periods (I think the name is dyshidrotic eczema). -I’m taking Metformin daily for PCOS.
Could you please help me find a solution? I’m really seeking some relief. 🙏🏻

I think i crushed my estrogen. I AM having all low estrogen side effects, like low líbido, ED, tireness, sleepy all The time, joints pain. I am doing 700mg cypio/week, 600mg EQ/ week and I did for about 4 weeks aromasin (exemestan) 25mg twice per week. My bloodwork: Total test: 1566ng/dl Esteogen: 32.4 pg/ml
With ratio arround 18:1 or 20:1 estrogen should be arround 70-80. Did I crushed my E2? Should I start HCG 1500ui twice week and dbol 20mg/30mg a day? Drop EQ? Thanks.
