I just figured out that portafilter removal is much easier if I pull the remaining water into an empty cup after I finish pulling the shot 🤯
But then I noticed that “the second shot” is pretty well concentrated looking still. I haven’t been bold enough to taste it yet. Has anyone tried this?
I’m doing 17g in double basket with about 35g out.

I don’t have a Tattle account and usually just use it to scroll a couple of particular threads but something I find infuriating is the lack of actual swearing. Trying to read gossip and having to fill in the blanks with words like bleep/bleeping/witch/tit etc. feels so silly.
Is this just a thing for people who aren’t logged in because I’m sure when I used to have an account I don’t recall not being allowed to swear?
Why would this be a thing?

2025.01.22 11:54 MELCHIZIDEK2410 Lightbulb exploded when changing - reasons?
Hi everyone,
So, apparently I can't even change a lightbulb... I was changing the lightbulb in my ceiling (simple screw in model) and when I turned the power back on and tested it, the lightbulb exploded AND took out my light fixture, so now I've just got an exposed wire in my ceiling.
My question is, why did it explode? The bulb was definitely fastened tightly to the fixture (it was still attached even after exploding), so I would be surprised if it was a loose connection? The back of the fixture was also burnt out (see attached picture), I'm not sure if that signifies anything? I am now terrified of changing any lightbulbs...
